They are ridiculous, I went with my husband and my little girl to eat, my daughter had some chicken strips that she brought from Canes, so my husband and I decided to eat something different, I had to leave because they did not allow my little girl to eat 3 chicken strips because they weren't Buffalo wild wings, I won't go back again

Always have loved the bartenders however, the general manager is ridiculous. 45 minutes it took to get a ticket fixed on a Tuesday.

I stood in the front with my fiancée for 15min seeing waiters walk around, and made eye contact with them. They just kept walking along, I guess playing the how long can we keep them there game. So I called to say I’m ready to be seated then was told “you can seat yourself but it will be a while before some one takes your order and even longer till your food is ready.” Keep in mind the establishment wasn’t terribly busy but the employees made it seem like it was the first time they had ever had costumes. The food is good and if you like it I would suggest just get takeout no need to deal with this service.

They were busy so pickup of order 20 minutes after time given understandable. Wings had no sauce on them. Completely dry????? Didn’t have my bottle of soda in the bag. Had to go back through the crowd at the front door to get it. Lady was nice and promptly got the drink but the food is terrible.

They need a number system for online orders. Two Saturdays in a row now I have stood at the door for 20-30 minutes past my “ready by” time because the newbie at the counter doesn’t understand my name and it’s been sitting on the shelf the whole

I would avoid this place like the plague! 15 empty, but uncleaned, tables. We were told it would be a fifteen minute wait. Most employees were just standing around talking to one another. After 30 minutes we walked out. Horrible, stay away!
Menu has changed. Portions are smaller but prices went up. Server asked if I would like more salsa for my chips and Said yes. Then was charged $1.00 more on my bill for a little cup of salsa. Sneaky!! I was also double charged for 6 wings. Just not impressed.

Terrible service, employees ignore you waiting at the front for 15+ min to be seated. Even a quick "hey folks we'll be right with ya" would've been a sufficient bare minimum interaction from a paid employee. After waiting and being ignored while the restaurant was eerily quiet and empty we decided to take our business elsewhere.
