Customer service was good but had ordered large fries and received mediums and the mediums were barely half full. Paid over $24 for two meals and kids were still hungry.

Won't be going back. Came in a party of 3 to go, and they took the first 2 orders and then walked away from me to take a drive through order while a lady was on her phone in front of the drive thru window. When the guy made my sandwich, he was using his phone, pur it in his pocket, and then made my sandwich, no handwriting, no gloves. Food went in the trash. Just gross, not sanitary at all.

I got food through the drive through and the manager yelled at me and my car of people because we ordered more than 2 orders. “You need to come inside if you order more than 2 orders!!!” Marcela rudely screamed at us and treat us poorly.

I ate in the restaurant. The food was, well, burger king. Not horrible, just normal fast food.What caught my eye was Chris, who was working both the drive thru and counter. He is a huge asset to your team. He is friendly, professional and efficient. No attitude, just a good dude. He's the reason I would come back. Thanks Chris ?.

picked up a good amount of food for myself and little siblings, they forgot half the order and didn’t give me a receipt so i went in to get the rest of the food and they still forgot sauce and when i came back in they said “it’s company policy” that i pay for all the food in the sauce since i didn’t have a receipt

I can't even describe how bad this Burger King is. Of course, they are always judgemental about kids only being in the store and were being super critical to them. If you want 5lb of salt on your fries, you are going to want to go here. Terrible food, terrible service, just bad! If I could give it a 0, I would.

Definitely the winner over McDs, food wise, taste wise. Almost never dine-in, but my Great Dane adores their chicken nuggets so I'm frequently in their Drive thru! Cc cvParking: Plenty of parking.

10:55 am. I ordered a whopper meal nothing added but mayo, no pickles. I got a sandwich smothered with cheese!! I'm allergic to dairy!!! Even with the road construction, your business is still horrible! You would think that construction would give you all hard workers a break! And had to wait an extra 5 minutes for a burger I can't eat!!!! AND IT WAS COLD TO THE TOUCH!! 13th street at least gives you what you order and is warm.

This Burger King is a bit out of the way considering the other location being in a more traveled area. The interior of this establishment could have a remodeling done but otherwise the service is alright.

Traveling through Norfolk today. Made my way through the road construction then pulled into Burgerking 507 West Benjamin. Walked inside ordered a King Double with Bacon. Almost a Nine-dollar burger. Was standing there waiting and noticed a man putting my burger together with NO gloves or hairnet. I'm a older man now don't like to raise cain, I should have. I drove away thinking covid, monkey virus and who knows what else people are bring over to the U.S. I decided not to eat this burger and then remembered last year I went to the same Burger king. Stood there again waiting for my two sausage biscuits. This man was wearing gloves, while my biscuits were in Microwave in reached and itched his behind with the gloves on. Then grabbed my biscuits from the microwave and wrapped and sacked them. I walked outside and threw them over by the dumpster and swore I wouldn't go back to this place. I should have remembered that would have saved my self some time and dollars. I feel sorry for anyone who uses the drive through, and I think they should shut this place down until they enforce there employee's to use better health and hygiene practices. Yes I drove by a trash can down the road and that's were the nine dollar burger went. Picture included if they allow it. Writing this post helps.
