I've never had Jimmy John's before. I was pleased with my order and I even got to sample some jalapeño chips that I went back and ordered my own. Do try this restaurant. I think they make a marvelous effort.The drive thru at this building is a tad bit confusing and difficult, but I really think it makes the meal more enjoyable.
They got my order wrong. This happened here on multiple occasions. I ordered unwhich with hot peppers two. They gave me regular one with hot peppers, one without. They also charged me for an extra bag of chips, at least they gave it to me. Otherwise, it is a good place, just need to make sure they got your order correct.

Usually good food and service. But tonight I found a hair on my sandwich right after opening the paper (so it had to have come from the restaurant). Not happy to waste food because I'm grossed out but I cannot eat this.
