Food is always good. Hate having to battle with them about the pieces of chicken I want and don't want. And yes they charge more for it, but last time they wouldn't even change pieces which is frustrating
I ordered A LOT of food tonight and the staff forgot the gravy to the mashed potatoes. Really not a big deal, it happens, especially with large orders, it can be easily missed! Long story short, I called them to see if someone would be willing to bring me the gravy because I’d much rather pay someone to deliver that single item than pack up these feral toddlers again and KFC didn’t fail me by any rhyme or reason. Ordered a bucket of chicken with multiple sides. The food was fresh and delicious. It’s a bit pricey, but nobody else has the flavor of KFC if that’s what you’re craving. Just don’t use the drive thru if you have a large crew cab pickup. It’s a tight squeeze!
