My root beer looked like watered down tea. Clearly you can see something was wrong with the rootbeer. I Even heard the lady on intercom tell the guy to check the rootbeer as I was giving my order. Pulled out of my mouth while chewing not 1 but 2 hairs after getting home. So nasty.

Went through the drive thru 12/8/23 and ordered 2 steak chulupa supreme, and got home (15 miles from Norfolk) to find chicken chulupas instead! Drive thru orders aren't even taken correctly!

Decent. Kinda gone downhill in the last few years. Food is good, but long wait times and rarely accurate in recent months. As long as you double check everything before you leave, you’ll be good.

i submitted a complaint 2 weeks ago i went there 2 times in one week food was ice cold both times i havent heard back from them my wife brought me lunch from there today and the same thing happened both our orders were ice cold pretty sure i wont be backParking: alot of room for parking.

Staff is always friendly even when they are busy! Prices went up like everything else so not our go to place as much as it used to be but love the online deals!
Stopped to get one of the freezes after baseball, of course they were "out" that's what I'm told anytime I try to order one after 6pm. Girl didn't say 1 word at the window. Practically threw our debit card in the car and shut the window. I was always taught to be friendly when I worked in customer service.
