My husband and I went downtown to eat on a Friday. We were going to eat somewhere else but it was full. We decided to try The Pier. It was great!!! The food was awesome and such great flavors and fresh. The service was the best. Can't wait to go again to try other dishes.
We were there mid afternoon. The owner waited on us. He was very pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed our meals. Since we don't live in Norfolk, we bought some of their smokey habanero hot sauce to go.

Super friendly staff! Signature BBQ sauce is so good. Fish tacos with coconut rice bursting with flavor—seriously! Enjoyed the TV’s; very casual atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back and try their steak tacos and more!Dietary restrictions: I was pleased that they will accommodate patrons with gluten intolerance on some dishes if possible —so I ordered unbreaded fish tacos on corn tortillas. So good!
