Growing up a good staple as far as Pizza in the Norfolk area. I miss the days of the buffet though.

Delicious! All you can eat. I got my Italian food fix. My favorite I the chicken Parmesan! I wanted to try the fried chicken breast, but it was HUGE! Looked delicious though. I wish there was one in Wichita!

I was not pleased with the food there , I wasted more than I ate , the only thing that was enjoyable was their iced tea other wise I'm very unimpressed

We made the mistake of getting four take and bake frozen saucers. The instructions allowed us to burn the bottoms and the toppings were frozen. We called the restaurant, and they mentioned they've heard this before, but did nothing to compensate us. Next time we will try another pizza place and avoid Valentino's.

Very bland Italian food. They offer a buffet that's ok. I'm sure they are not the worst, but certainly not the best. Their fried chicken was actually good (better than their pasta and pizza, ha). The salad bar is also mostly fresh Overall probably good for large parties and needing to cater to different folks in the crowd, otherwise keep looking :)

A nebraska classic, waiter was nice and food was refreshed ever so often. If you want a fairly cheap meal with pizza and Italian this is your place. Accommodated a group of 10 without any serious issues

Anyone from Nebraska is familiar with Valentino's and Runza. Both restaurants are Nebraska originals with extremely loyal, devoted followers. The Norfolk, Nebraska Valentino's however, does not live up to the standard one comes to expect from a Valentino's restaurant. On numerous occasions, I have arrived to a crowd at the front door waiting to be seated. Inside, is a partially empty restaurant with open tables and booths. I have often been told there will be a wait to be seated which is puzzling considering all the empty tables. In all fairness, this scenario occurs more frequently on busier days like Sundays, Mother's Day, Easter, etc. Most people that go to Valentino's order their famous buffet. The buffet is usually very good (at other Valentino's locations). In Norfolk however, the pizza on the buffet is typically not very hot and often is dried out and old like it had been sitting around in the kitchen cooling off. I have also observed that the kitchen staff usually isn't very good about switching out the buffet pizzas. It would be nice if they would rotate the pizzas when a fresh, hot one is ready instead of waiting until the last, cold piece of pizza is taken by someone who doesn't know any better. On some occasions, I have even asked the kitchen staff when new pizza would be ready. I will continue to visit Valentino's. I just wish the Norfolk Valentino's was run like the superior Lincoln, Omaha or Columbus, Nebraska Valentino's.
