Many Mcdonalds could learn about customer service from this location. We stayed at the adjacent truck plaza for a quick sleep so grabbed a soft drink at 10:30pm and then breakfast at 5:00am. Staff on both shifts were so friendly and efficient!

During a trucking road trip with my husband, we stopped at this McDonald’s where we were warmly welcomed by a delightful employee named Stacy. She kindly offered assistance with ordering through the kiosk. As someone who is particular about my Filet-O-Fish, I requested that Stacy ensure it was cooked fresh and well done. While waiting, I observed her friendly interactions with every customer, offering assistance and wearing a constant smile. Stacy's exceptional customer service and kindness were evident. My meal turned out perfectly cooked and fresh, thanks to her attention. I am grateful for Stacy's sweetness and believe McDonald's would benefit from having more employees like her. She is truly a superstar!

Whenever I go inside, I expect to be able to order from a real person not to have to use A machine to order it’s not my job to use that machine just to get my food. It should have an employee behind the cash register with the menu signs up on the wall, especially at the prices of their charge. It’s pretty bad that a large sweet tea and a double cheeseburger and a fry. It’s almost 20 bucks and I can’t even seem to have a real person working the counter that’s sad

If I could rate it lower I would. You can keep your kiosks and your debit card pay. Let's be honest your food isn't that great, your customer service arguably worse. You built your empire on convenance. Luckily Subway still understands the concept of customer service. Anyway, I won't stop again.
