I went in with high expectations as I'd never been, and ordered the cheese runza with frings, and I only want to give 2 stars simply for the frings, which were great. The sandwich only warm at best, and the cheese wasn't even the slightest bit melted on it. Again I wanted to like it but it was barely warm and just left an overall gross feeling when I tried to eat it. The workers and service were great, nothing but good things to say about them, but that sandwich was gross.

My double cheeseburger was good the fries and the frings were good The wife's chicken wrap was very short on chicken hardly any in the wrap. We went through the drive-thru so did not go back and complain.

Love Runza! Being gluten free l can eat a hamburger with out the bun or grilled chicken salad, also chill. ?Dietary restrictions: Ask for no cheese in salad. I'm gluten free too. Love getting a hamburger the Runza way with out the bun.

Service was exceptional and really helpful as this was our first experience with Runza.Love the option to mix onion rings and fries, as well as the French onion dip for fries.Love love the cinnamon roll and cookie dough sundaeFood was great and we really enjoyed the experience!!! A must try when driving through. Nebraska.
