I had a horrible experience here my potato ole were cold soggy, and the bowl had grease in it. My two crispy tacos were thinner than a quesadilla and so greasy and so floppy that I couldn’t even eat them. Two bites gave me a stomachache. I would be ashamed to even put this food out and what they advertises. Definitely not what I got. Rude people just wanted to take my money and go back to hanging out. Had no interest in being grateful for a customer at all I was overcharged and didn’t even get my tea waited in line way too long. There was one car in front of me. he got a very small bag and we sat there 10 to 15 minutes. If there was a way for me to post pictures, I sure would

Good food and service! Don't mind the Karens and their complaining, the food is actually really good. When someone is impatient and takes off after ordering food in the drive thru, the workers can't always see it happened. It throws the entire line off.Unfortunate that some Karens can't seem to realize it. Well, they ARE pretty low-IQ...Any time there has been any kind of error, it has been promptly fixed. Great place to eat!

All I wanted was a number 11 but what I got was something completely different not worth my hard-earned money I'm ashamed of corporations nowadays for hiring anybody who breathes off of the street to make your food which is unfortunately children most of the time who have little to no experience in cooking for themselves or others my food appeared as though there was little to absolutely no efforts involved in preparing it to my surprise upon further investigation there was hair in my meal I understand it is fast food and convenient however there should still be a standard that is expected I cannot believe someone can accomplish such feats and still be employed I can quite literally get the same results I did today by picking a soggy 3-in tortilla off the ground and emptying my garbage disposal on it what a waste of my time and money
This location is going downhill in quality and I hate to say that. From getting drinks dumped into my car, refusing to honor what the app says and very sloppy made food.

Location is the poorer one in town. Lady took order wrong, threw hot sauce out the window at me and forgot ole’s. Had to go inside and she accused me of lying so I brought the bag in and demanded a refund or I would call her manager.
