Not to be dramatic but I don’t think I can forget their Veggie panini! One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! The coffee is great too, the espresso is bold strong and smooth. This is a place I would definitely recommend if you’re driving through and need a bite, but don’t blame me if you make detours to north platte just to enjoy it again! This place is my favorite coffee shop, ever. I ventured and did the bacon avo grilled cheese today. Literally can’t find anything that’s not amazing. Also the staff is so great. There’s a gal that wears the cutest blue glasses that makes my day every time. Place is the best.Kid-friendliness: My daughter begs me for espresso shop dates.

The espresso shot in the French Roast was smooth as silk, so yummy! The owner roasts their coffee, wonderful job for a great product. The people are friendly which all adds up to at least 7 ☆ in my book!
