I received the wrong order from the drive-through. Called to report the error & employee on phone said if we aren't driving back to store tonight, we must save the incorrect food and bring it in the next time we visit in order to get refund or food exchange. I repeated what he said to make sure there was no confusion, and he confirmed they wanted the old, incorrect food saved & returned!! That is the most unreasonable resolution I have ever heard from a restaurant. The manager wouldn't even get on the phone directly, and just relayed everything to the employee on the phone. This location is usually decent, but now I know how they treat customers when they mess up an order.Hopefully, this experience isolated to this store and manager, and not a company-wide stance on customer issues.

Literally the worst albertos restaurant. The staff are a bunch of morons that get your order wrong 11 out of 10 times and their food is never consistent. If you like the food go to the one off 84th.
