I went for a walk and came upon BLARING MUSIC. Walk up window was blackened with greasy hand prints and the leaves and trash were NASTY to stand near. This is RACHET. Why even put an option for special instructions on your orders if you aren't going to read them? I clearly marked my order as no cheese or sour cream, Dairy Allergy, and it arrived absolutely covered in thoroughly melted cheese, making it absolutely inedible to me.
