Food is always good. Disappointed my last two orders were wrong, but it's too late to correct by the time you get home (drive thru order). Still ate it, though, 'cause it's yummy.

I was a bit taken aback when I noticed the price of a $9.00 breakfast burrito but I was hungry and a friend insisted that this place was great and well worth the price. Well he was right the chorizo and egg breakfast burrito was excellent!!!! And I had to ask two employees help me load it into the back of my truck. In reality it did last me for two meals and reheated very nicely in the microwave. This place isn't fancy on the inside and that's okay with me. They are obviously concerned about the quality and quantity of their food. I shall make this a regular.

Compared to other Abelardo’s locations, this one lacks. I did the taco Tuesday deal. First they refused to give me a punch on my punch card because they say “No punches on specials.” I’ve never had this issue at any other location. Second, they pre-scoop the chips into tiny holders and mark it as “Only one per customer.” I maybe got like 4-5 chips. Finally, the tacos that I did receive seemed to be lacking a lot compared to every other location I’ve been to. There was very little meat or cheese. I don’t know why this location is so cheap but I left disappointed.

I'm not big on Mexican food. But, I will try it if it's not too spicy. I enjoy going to this restaurant because the staff are friendly and the cook is a great cook. Even the breakfast is great!

i'm re-reviewing. initially gave 5 stars as i love the Abelardo's on 108th. the one on 168th is hit and miss though. i don't like to give bad reviews, YOU GOTTA BELIEVE ME...just look at my review history, the only reason i'm leaving this is that I'm just hoping they can adjust the practices. constructive criticism, i guess. Usually i've gotten good food there, but the last two times we went, the insides of the chimichangas has been cold, which is gross.to be clear, the quesadilla and enchiladas we ordered were great, but with prices being what they are in 2023, all the food should be amazing.and, yes, we got it as takeout, but the food was in Styrofoam containers and the drive home is about 5 minutes, then eaten immediately. no reason the food should be cold. just thought i'd share.the staff is great though and the restaurant is clean. no issues there. they have these awesome tables too. just heat up the chimichangas more!

I mean, I asked him for a burrito, no beans, no rice! And they gave it to me super stuffed with that hahaha I'm from the North, yes it's stuffed chile even if it's small but not that... but hey, it's the only thing there ?
