I'm borderline 3/4 stars on this review. There is something about eating at a local fast food taco restaurant that is so right. Amigos is certainly unique and has its own flavor, which I like. I wonder why I don't come here more often. This particular location has always been clean and friendly. That's my experience. The taco was very fresh and had a good dose of meat. The shell had a wonderful corn flavor. I'm not a burrito fan, but my order included it as a package deal. Seemed odd that it included lettuce, which was great because it was still fresh and not wilty while wrapped up with all of the other ingredients. The nachos, however, were a major disappointment. While plentiful, they seemed microwaved. The cheese and goo made everything stick together. Too many broken pieces too. A big mess. I will add that I love the choices of sauces here, at a sauce bar. There are about 6 options as I recall.

A true guilty pleasure. Monday's 3 crispy tacos for $3 is the best deal in town, and they taste great too! Love the crisp meats and soft shell tacos as well. Only complaint is the cost is a bit steep, but I keep coming back so it must be worth it! Workers are always upbeat and polite!
I decided to try the one at 140th and maple st. First, waited for 8 minutes at counter and was the only one in the place. 2 times said they would help. As I was walking out they yelled from the back they were ready. Ordered 2 taco meal and came out fast. Mexi fries were great and tacos were disgusting. Hardly andymeat and was old and dry. Couldn't eat it. I tried and will not be back.

We stopped in for a later dinner. The staff was cleaning the dining area but was prompt to get back into service mode. The cashier was incredibly helpful and friendly. Was even so kind to get us a side of ranch even though it was in the topping bar. Food came out hot and exactly what we ordered. Great experience!
Order my wife a Sasuage crossiant and ended up with a half cooked egg and cheese no sausage anywhere. Why bother even making it at all. Tried calling and all it did was ring forever. I will not be going back and will let everyone I know of the service the provided.
