This was our first time at this restaurant, and the food was pretty decent. However, there were a few issues. We were the ONLY ones in the restaurant and somehow, they still manage to get the order wrong. The waitress was very unprofessional (slouching over the table while taking an order, put our bill all on 1 ticket and assumed instead of asking, acting in a rush to get us out of the restaurant so she could clear the table, etc.) Very disappointed after hearing so many positive things about this restaurant. I'm not sure if I will return to this establishment or not...

Aesthetically pleasing to the eye for starters. Started off with a pint of Honey cream Ale, honestly might have been the best thing I got going forward. Proceeded with Fried Cauliflower with the chai Tai Chili sauce bites more like crumbs only had two that were clearly identifiable. French Onion was lacking flavor despite the blue cheese crumble as an extra. I decided to go with the sweet potato tots 15 little tots with the "magic dust" and the honey butter to something. Over all two beers two burgers with sides and the cauliflower bites. 63 bucks. Leaving not satisfied and now I need a few beers. Will I come back? No! Don't get me wrong the service was well I just don't think it's worth the money especially nowadays.

I'm not sure if I'd go back. The burgers were good, but nothing really special. The drinks were tasty and well priced. The service was truly mediocre and not in a "we're busy and short-staffed" kind of way. We were seated immediately and waited 10 minutes for a server to come take our drink orders, which also ended up being our food orders because we had 10 minutes to look at the menu. About 10-15 minutes later our food came out with the one cocktail we had ordered. After that we sat at our table for over 30 minutes with nobody checking if we wanted another Coke or water, if our food was okay, or if I wanted another cocktail. After 30 minutes we finally caught the eye of the hostess, since we hadn't even seen our server on the floor recently, and asked for a box and our check. She stumbled through saying she couldn't get our check because she doesn't do that and we asked if she could ask our server to bring it. Then she dropped a box on the table as she walked back by without another word. With the number of decent burger places in Omaha, I'm not sure anything stood out enough to bring me back.

Pretty good experience, but not great, and it's probably due to our personal circumstances today. I didn't want to leave 3 stars even tho that's closer to how I felt, but it was partially my fault. I wanted to be more fair and not deduct from the place because of my choices. Here's why: Very nice, clean, cool-looking place. We were sat in the sunny window, and I didn't mind. My husband was too warm most of the time, and he overheard another duo get asked if they preferred a high or low top. We were sat at a low top. He wished we could have had the choice for a high top. My burger was seasoned very well and cooked perfectly. I should have just asked for no pickles. I think it had over 10 pickles on it and ALL I could taste was pickle. Even after I drenched my sandwich in ranch. I only ate my patty. I just couldn't do the overwhelming pickle taste. I like a little pickle, so it's my fault for not asking to leave them off. I did ask for no onions because onions are evil. Your burger does not come with a side. That's an add-on. I should have just split the waffle fries with my husband. His were great! My fries (natural cut, seasoned perfectly) were very 'limp.' I wish they would have cooked another 30 seconds or so. I'm not really a fan of squishy fries. I barely ate them. Husband ate his whole burger. He really liked it. He also went with no onions. The ranch here is SO good! I woulda drank that sh*t straight. Bathrooms are also very nice. Plenty of free parking around the place. (Huge perk for Omaha!) It's not a cheap venue. My burger was $13 plus the $4 side and then the $3 pop. (I'm rounding.) For two meals and two sodas, and 1 milkshake, our bill was $48. With tipping that's a pretty spendy lunch. Don't come here expecting cheap. Portions were appropriate for the price. I got one of the best milkshakes I've ever had. And they put it in a to-go for me. It basically tasted like a Reese's in a cup. I'd go back here strictly for another one! We're from South Sioux City and we're in the neighborhood for a doctors appointment. We always look for a place to eat after, since we just drove 1.5 hours. We enjoy looking for places we've never been before. We might come back and adjust our preferences a tad and have a slightly better experience. Waitress was great. Service was spot-on. Again, the ranch is !

Place is really good. Nothing beats a great hamburger and craft root beer. Looks unassuming but great food.

Excellent food and service. The staff handled the entire floor during Friday dinner rush with ease. Kudos to the back of house and the host/server/support craft for a smooth evening meal. It was especially nice to have the manager check in without anyone at my table even complaining. It speaks volumes to be checked in on without cause. I’ll be back soon for sure, even though the “Hell Fire” burger was mild for my taste. Our server tried to talk me out of having the toppings on the burger as it might be to hot. Maybe the temperature scale there isn’t the same as mine I guess.

The food was good . I would have been happier with the experience if the side dishes were included in the burger price. Just know it's not a cheap experience. Our server was great and the food was fast enough and good. I rounded up from a 4.5 imo due to the prices. My girls Did love their shakes which is honestly what we came for.

This place was our choice since lighthouse was too long of a wait. I should've waited. The staff was great, no complaints. Everyone there was awesome. My complaint is the food and shakes. The burgers were not good and super greasy, if greasy burgers are your thing, this would be a good place for you. The flavor was blah. I was pretty disappointed. The shakes, they were ok, but if you have burgers and shakes in your name, I wanna have a really good shake. I wouldn't come here for a shake cause there was nothing memorable about them. I gave it a 2 star cause the staff was awesome. On top of the drinks, super friendly and we're very attentive and had smiles on their faces. I couldn't even tell if they were fake smiles or not, so kudos to the staff for making this place better than the food.

We enjoy carrying out from here. This place has surprising burger combinations as well traditional type burgers and other fare. We have never had a bad meal from Angus which nowdays says a lot. Upgrade to the Wagyu patty for extra flavor. I am a picky French fry eater, and we order the regular truffle fries every time. The shakes are also unique and flavorful; the S'mores one is particularly good. The only negative I can come up with is the tables feel close together so it can get a little loud.

Burgers and shakes were delicious!!

Service was good, but pricing is not inline with what you get. My burger was almost 14 and ordered a side of tots for 4. I got a dozen tots.... I know you are also buying labor but for 4 you should be getting a basket of food. The burger was the crab Rangoon one, basically a normal burger with a scoop of flavored cream cheese on it. Block 16 in Omaha has such a better crab Rangoon burger and gives you so much more food for the money!

The customer service and food was awful. I ordered a drink from the menu that they had no idea how to make. They kept laughing and giggling as they tried to make it. The only reason they did not serve the drink to me was because I was facing the bar and could see them. The appetizer was under cooked and the staff did not seem to care.

Went with the family for the first time and oh my goodness. The types of burgers they have are definitely fun. Example: an Uncrustable burger where they use Uncrustables as the buns (we didn't get that though, just thought it was interesting). Our waitress/server was super nice, it was just a really good time.I got the Walking Taco Burger - it was delicious and a bit messy. I also got a Brownie shake to go.My husband got the Jalapeño Popper Burger with loaded fries and a Whopper Malts Shake. He said it was so good he couldn't stop eating them even after he was full.My child got corn dogs, fries, and a chocolate shake. All stuff he enjoys.
