Just had a corporate event that they catered in. Everyone agrees their food was fantastic. Arrived early and the food was hot. Mongolian Steak made with Bison was delicious!

Not good. I ordered a double and it was like two hockey pucks. My extras (lettuce, tomato, onion) that I paid for were not included. They do not take cash which I am good with tells me someone is stealing the green dollars. It gave me a bad vibe.You're still not as bad as Mili's in Palmetto FLI do not recommend.

Food was ok but missing item in takeout.We tried this place for the first time last weekend, ordered burgers and the shepherd pie. Pickup was easy, and order was ready at the time specified. However, when we got home, we realized one burger was missing. I called the restaurant and they took my info and offered to make it and deliver or refund the amount. I asked for the $9 refund since the family was already eating and I didn't want anyone waiting for food. No refund has shown up on my card despite being promised.As for the food, it was fine: burgers were a little salty but people enjoyed it. The shepherds pie was the best of the bunch, a little pricey at $12. But if the business plan is takeout only, then these kinds of issues with missing items need to be resolved as promised.EDIT: Best bison reached out and took care of the refund and offered us a discount to return. Appreciate that they did this so quickly!

I loved going to eat at this place, never had a bad experience and now i cant eat here anymore. Im very disappointed with this places decision to do takeout only and only open 11-4 during the week and close on the weekends. I have a job that it would make it impossible to eat here. So even if i wanted to i will never eat here again

The kitchen manager, Troy, took my order and made an amazing double bison burger for me… super great attitude. I didn’t realize I walked in at 3pm… literally their closing time (which most restaurants would hate) but Troy was awesome. Told me to try the Philly next time… I’m doing it and so should you!

The food is great, but every time we’ve tried to eat here, they’re either closed or updating their computers. Now come to find out they won’t even be doing dine in anymore. To-go only! We just drove clear across town to find all of this out. They never update their Facebook page and nothing is ever noted on Google. The lady at the front said herself she doesn’t know why they are doing to-go only because A LOT of people end up turning around and leaving. Won’t ever do business with this place again. Joe Ricketts owns this place and he needs to figure it out!!!

Wayyy better than pepperjacks. Attention to quality. Clean free range bison meat is sourced very well. Consistently hot fresh and tender. Everything Ive ever ordered from them Ive loved. Top 5 favorite restaurants in Omaha. NEED TO IMPROVE HOURS AND OPEN WEST LOCATION PLEASE.

First time trying Bison. Had the Swiss mushrooms and it was awesome! Wife had the chili bison dog and loved it. Also love the fries. Service was also top notch!!! Great spot to eat!

Just had Best Bison catered to work it was amazing I had the Shepherd's pie the bison taste like wagyu beef if you were going to compare it to anything. Really good food check this place out I know ill be going and having a meal sometime soon. Thanks Best Bison!
WOW!! Best Bison provided lunch for my workplace, and I ordered the Southwestern Bowl. It has bison, rice, pick, black beans, charred corn, garbanzo beans, chipotle aioli, avocado, and pumpkin seeds. I've never had bison before, and I'm blown away. It's delicious, tender, and has a ton of flavor. I should have eaten half the bowl, but I scarfed down the whole thing because it was so good. Highly recommend!

Our establishment was in a scramble needing 70 meals within less than 2 hours. They took our request and made this happen. They delivered 70 individually packed delicious meals. Best Bison is amazing and there are wonderful options for everyone. Our establishment said this was the best catered meal we have ever had!

My husband and I ordered meals. The burger tasted great. The fries were way to salty. Their ice machine was out, but no signage was posted where you order on your own (it’s the only was to order). It wasn’t until you went to the soda machine that it said out of ice. I noticed that there were canned soda in the fridge and when I asked if I could have that instead of drinking hot soda I was told no. We did not get compensated for not being able to have a cold beverage. This put a damper on our meal and our expedited. We paid $27 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, and two fountain drinks. This place is way over priced. I would not suggest this place to anyone.
