Very disappointing. We were seated for more than 10 minutes before others, and received service after them. It took over 50 minutes to get our fish & chips, while our daughter’s kids meal came out 20 minutes before ours. By the time we got the food she was about done eating. The fish was mostly batter with very little cod on the inside. An overall unsatisfying experience.

The Bonefish Grill is a chain seafood-themed restaurant that specializes in various Seafood side dishes. But that's not all. They have a short list of steaks and pork chops, some chicken dishes and salads.The serving staff are dressed in white chef coats. They're very friendly and attentive to your needs. I get to have poor service at this location and I don't think that's a fluke. The management seems to be checking on everything even during the busiest times.The food this is good as you're going to get anywhere. Their pork chops been tender and moist. The signature appetizer for them is bang bang shrimp. Spicy shrimp served Asian style on a bed of lettuce with chopsticks. It's hard to go wrong with this dish.Bonefish Grill also has a nice happy hour various drinking wine selections at discount. these times are usually busy however, you can get in without too much of a wait.This location is part of a small shopping mall and it has its own entrance on the Northside next to Borsheims jewelry. You may recognize the name is this is owned by world famous financier Warren Buffett. One weekend that you want to try to avoid going to the Bonefish Grill is when Berkshire Hathaway has their annual shareholders conference. The Bonefish Grill will be very busy with a lot of out-of-towners.Seafood tends to be expensive in the Midwest. that's simply a factor of having to fly it in from the coast so that it will be fresh. Obviously the the beef tends to be more reasonably priced in this region of the country.The interior decor is fresh classic look and feel. It can be romantic and is usually a good place for a date.We'll enjoy the Bonefish Grill and all of the food that they have.

I have never had a bad meal here. Every time the waitstaff are great, the food is amazing (highly recommend the scallops) and the atmosphere is fantastic. I know it’s a chain restaurant, but this particular location does an absolutely fantastic job of maintaining a classy establishment with excellent food and exceptional service. We LOVE Bonefish grill ????

Another great dinner at Bonefish. We've been coming here for years, and food/drinks/service (with exception of a handful of times) has been very good.One suggestion - consider changing 'suggested tip' to be calculated on subtotal before tax. Currently, 'suggested tip' is calculated on the after tax amount. I am glad to tip well for good service, but I am not keen on tipping tax.
