Normally this location is really good but when I went to go pick up my online order this morning, Saturday, at 06:30, there were employees present and I could see my order but the doors were locked and music was playing very loudly. I had to pound on the window to get an employee's attention to unlock the doors well after business hours had started.

Say hi to Max. He is the friendliest most welcoming bagel man I've ever met and I adore Bagels from all over but these New York style traditional bagels I get the salmon with everything bagel is the greatest thing since sliced bread. And with Max allowing you free rein it feels like going to your favorite spot and it's just bagels. Thanks Max for my birthday treat and thanks Bruegger's Bagels for the free coffee through the app

This Bruggers is better than a lot of the others, it is clean fast, and friendly. They are right next door to where I work so sometimes I go there in the middle of their busiest times but they work through the lines like nothing they are a great crew. The manager goes out of his way to make sure everything is good with his customers, just a friendly and nice place with great bagels.Parking: No problems ever parking huge lot.

Went here for the first time a few days ago and I absolutely loved it. The staff were kind and patient. The food itself was perfect. I got the Avocado, Bacon and Egg bagel. The bagels were fresh and cripsy. The avocado was creamy and the tomatoes were juicy. The sandwich itself made for a very filling breakfast. Will be going back to this place as much as possible!!

Thought I would try something different than just a regular sandwich for lunch, so I went to Bruegger's Bagels.I ordered a breakfast skinny bagel sandwich with turkey sausage, cheese & egg (because I love breakfast food).It was DELICIOUS & now that I'm thinking about it, I might treat myself to it again tomorrow !!

Second time we’ve gone to Bruegger’s in the last 2 months. The first time was at the location off dodge closer to downtown, today was off 114th and Burke. The last two times we ordered bagels to go at BOTH locations, the bagels were pale, cold, undercooked, and just awful. I always swore up and down that Bruegger’s Asiago Parmesan blows Panera’s version out of the water, but I can no longer be truthful in that statement. Used to drive past a Panera to get to Bruegger’s intentionally, but it looks like Panera is getting my business moving forward. Super bummed. I was raised going to Bruegger’s. Oh, and to Bruegger’s - don’t reply telling me to visit your website to fill out a form about my visit - I did that the first time after you all asked me to after my first review and no one ever got back to me. I don’t see Bruegger’s being around much longer if they keep this up.
