I got an onion bagel toasted with cream cheese and a five cheese bagel toasted with butter. They put so much butter on the bagel that the bagel became soggy as if you took it and dropped it into a bowl of melted butter. It was so soggy it was. It just fell apart when I picked it up. The onion basil was okay. I asked for it to be posted. It was more like warmed up. The outside was still as soft as the inside so it wasn't really toasty. We just really warmed up

Very dirty. The employees need to get this cleaned up. I don’t know if there are managers or shift supervisors on duty but this place is filthy. I will try another location to see if it is actually cleaned. The tables have not been cleaned. The floors have not been swept or moped. I will not be coming back to the 132nd and center location. Just sad!

Smoked salmon bagel sandwich was tasty! They didn't have any coffee cup lids out, which was unfortunate when combined with the wobbly table. Their ability to take card payments was out (probably internet outage?) but the staff handled it admirably!

Sat at the speaker waiting for someone to take my order for several minutes. Said hello to try get someone’s attention about 4 times. As I was trying to order my food, I was interrupted a few times while she was trying to complete my order for me. After getting interrupted a few times, I said screw it, I’ll just ask when I get up to the pay window. Got up to the window to pay, asked if she can repeat what my sandwich had on it and it was wrong… While at the window paying I told her that if she would just let me finish my order before trying to complete it herself, it could have been right. Her response was “gotcha” as she shut the sliding door. Extremely rude customer service!

Friendly service and delicious food!Parking: The drive-thru line goes into the frontage road, which is a bit concerning. It's worth waiting because the bagels are devine!
I’ve literally never posted an unsatisfactory review for any restaurant but I feel like it is my DUTY to let other people know how disgustingly filthy this restaurant is. It makes me sad because it used to be a great place and one of my favorite places to meet friends for breakfast or lunch. Believe me, I understand that the pandemic was hard on restaurants- hard to find good employees or sometimes any employees at all, constant rising food cost, and supply issues, but please, Bruegger’s, please get this location cleaned up or just shut the business down entirely because it’s disgusting.
