Waited in line forever just to get my order wrong. I never even left the parking lot. I drove back through the drive through & they shut the lights off without serving me (it was shortly before closing time). I did the receipt survey, & a district manager mailed me coupons with a very generic & unempathetic message. I used those coupons & my food was COLD. I called the manager (Dave) & politely asked for the DM phone number. He wouldn't give it to me. He offered me any value meal for free, but I declined. I don't recommend this place. (I was there in January & the food & service was incredible. Not sure what's happened since then).UPDATE: Revisited on 04/24/21. Got 4 bacon cheeseburgers in the drive thru. Got parked for at least 15 minutes to wait for them. They came out dead cold. DISGUSTING.

It's like pulling up to a haunted house, except the only thing that's scary is the food quality (if I'm lucky enough to get any) and the occasional dancing crackhead that's almost guaranteed to walk by. Seriously though, my 3rd visit in a row I was unable to get my order taken. For the second time it was because of some plumbing issues. The pipes are backed up so they can't wash dishes which means they can't cook. I didn't have the patience tonight to listen to anymore. Would be nice if either upper management like the corporate level would get them a plumber that can actually do the job,(I can recommend someone) or employees that can adapt and still create revenue. Unless you're paying people to just say sorry we can't take your order, in which case where do I apply and can I do part time please lol. Get it together b.k.

We placed an order for delivery from this Burger King, and 25 minutes later it was canceled. I placed a call to the location, for which a young man answered the phone. He got rather rude and voiced his reasoning's, then hung up on me. Later the General Manager called me, she didn't even apologize, she just called me a liar when i told her that it have a selection for delivery right on the app. If you are ever visiting Omaha, NE stay as far away from this Burger King Location. Go to McDonalds, Arby, Taco Bell, or any where else except for here.

Tried to make me pay for a reward item, saying they can't ring it up after she rang it up, and took my points away. Showed them the app that said I can redeem rewards when ever I want no purchase needed. She tried to tell me off so I stayed in line till I got my food or points back. The look of shock, and not knowing the correct answer she slammed door in my face said call corporate. Then the manager tried to tell me the same thing he was also in shock had no clue, he also slammed the door in my face. I guess they don't like being told the correct way to do their job... they have no clue how to run the store the app, or even 3 cars in line, took 30 min for 1 cheese burger and 3 cars. This location is dirty, rude, and ghetto, close this store asap. Less than 10 blocks down dodge on saddlecreek is a much better location!!!!
Food was COLD at Burger King in Omaha #2949 Order for 2 burgers and fries -totally cold - not tepid, not warm, but COLD. Risking food poisoning, had to throw it away since could not (and truthfully would not) return. Burger King said basically, franchisee - not our fault. Of course, franchisee did not contact us to give an apology let alone a full refund. SHAME ON Burger King Omaha and BK corporate office!

Went there at 6:30 AM on a Tuesday and the lights were on (so I wasted time even approaching the drive through) but NO sign of anyone at all. No answer when I called out to the drive through speaker.If they PAID MORE $$ maybe someone MIGHT want to work there!Quite a hassle when you're in a rush to get to work.This store is DEFINITELY circling the drain and I will NOT be back!

They were very mean to me when I expressed concerns about whether the burger they gave me was actually the impossible whopper I ordered because they put it in regular whopper packaging, which is unusual. They accused me of trying to get free food. I left in tears.

They have MAJOR plumbing issues. Drains are always overflowing. Apparently there was a rat found in their drain from what I heard one of the employees yell out. Lobby (if ever open) is dirty af. Bathrooms are always dirty. The staff are always yelling, cursing. Management, is extremely rude to the employees. If they mess up on your order, (which happens quite often) they will freak out on you instead of just fixing the issue. The lobby and bathrooms reek of cigarette smoke, and weed. I refuse to go back. Rather just cook at home.Kid-friendliness: If you enjoy your children being around drugs, cigarette smoke, and cursing this is the place for your kids.
