I come here all the time and I'm about to stop. The service from the counter is amazing. Everyone in the kitchen hides from costumers, nobody in the whole building will ever answer a phone, they close the kitchen early constantly (I know this cuz I'll go there on my break then after work). My fiance is an assistant manager for a Casey's and I know how they're supposed to close the kitchen. The kitchen crew shouldn't be upfront with the kitchen closed at 5pm, nor should they have it open and I hear the employees say they're not making anything even though the warmers are empty. It's insane and I'm tired of it. I want to be able to go to a pizza joint and actually get pizza for once.

I realize it is friday night but our pizza was delivered 1 hour and 20 minutes after being ordered. It wasn't the door dash drivers fault because he waited at the store for a long time. I ordered extra sauce on all pizzas and 2 of our pizzas had little to no sauce on them. I will not be ordering from this caseys again and i don't recommend anyone ordering from this caseys.

What About???

I love Casey's as much as anyone. But here is some constructive criticism1- Since you've taken over it seems that you are short staffed. The original locations are ok. But some of the ones you took over are very short staffed2- Many times there will be no pizza ready3- Many items are out of stock frequently. Not just food but also cups etcVery disappointing. Why wouldn't you keep some of the buckys staff? Hopefully you guys figure it out. Goodluck.UPDATE #1 2-27-221- Went to 4 locations in order to find a location that had pizza. Absolutely ridiculous2- Out of large coffee cups again. Had to go to Hyvee instead3- Last night went in and they had 1 person at the counter and the line was pretty long. He was rapping to us, seemed kind of strange to be rapped to while in line at a gas station.This is crazy. Who manages these stores? Caseys was a hidden gem for many years. If you could find one, it was awesome. Now that they are everywhere, most of them suck. And, every person i have this conversation with has the same feelings. I will update this every few months. Hopefully we can get back up to 5 stars.Update # 2. 11-13Everything is the same. Nothing at all has improved.

Second time that I've been there and the machines have only let me select midgrade or premium gas. That's a 50 cent or more difference! Absolutely absurd. It wouldn't take my fuel saver points either. Whoever owns this one is an absolute scammer looking to price gouge customers. I'm so angry. I have never had this issue at another location, just this one. The first time I thought it was a fluke, but a second time means it is intentional and they are looking to screw over customers. I will probably be calling the corporate line to report this absolutely awful nonsense, it's unacceptable.

What this morning at 7:30 to get a breakfast pizza and my son only ate one bite I looked at the sticker and it said it had been in the warmer since 1:30 a.m. and the whole warmer was full of old Pizza when I said something I was Still charged the guy making the pizzas didn't say a word

12oz Redbull is 2.89 on the shelf yet you charged me 3.79.This place constantly over charges and steals. Avoid.

This location is always dirty and the drink machines are rarely all working. Tonight was no different. No frozen drinks, half the pop was out, a coffee machine down and low stock in bottled drinks.

Our whole order was completely messed up. First of all, we ordered cheese bread and they didn’t even give us marinara. Second of all, we ordered their brisket Mac n cheese and they got us the bacon Mac and cheese instead. Unbelievable.

Bathrooms were dirty and I went in right after an employee came out. And you could tell he did nothing to clean it.Cappuccino dispenser, was either empty or didn't dispense through the valve. The two employees working there didn't even look like they cared what happened. Was there around 2110

I like this Casey's. I like it because they have the gas I want (91 octane with 0 ethanol) AND they have a car wash, so I usually will drive out of my way and pass 4 other Casey's to go to this one. Today, I pulled up and an employee ran up and said that all pumps are down and we could not get gas. We went to another location that we passed along the way and then hit Gorilla Car Wash
