Absolutely disgusting. Blatantly violates the health code, staff are hostile. Treated me very poorly after finding out I was jewish, possibly antisemitic. We worked with Catie and Catering Creations for our June 2023 wedding at UNO's Thompson Alumni Center. The planning process was easy. Catering Creations hosts monthly tasting events so we were able to try a variety of food options. Catie was very responsive and accommodated all of my questions and requests. I wanted table linens and she took care of all the coordinating with the rental company. I didn't have to worry about it at all. Catering Creations loaned us two beautiful gold cake stands to use during the reception.Everything ran smoothly with our appetizers and buffet set up. I hardly even noticed Catie and her staff were at our reception! The food was phenomenal. Catering Creations has the most amazing mac n cheese. Even as the bride, I made sure that I had time to eat and even went back for seconds. The chicken nugget meals for kids was great as well! Our guests raved about the food. The only negative comment we heard (and the groom experienced) was that the bar tending staff were not very friendly.Their catering is a bit more expensive that competitors, but I think it is justified as the food really is top-notch. The payment process was a bit confusing as they don't seem to have very simple online invoicing technology. There were a couple instances where I had to do some calculations myself and contact Catering Creations to confirm and provide payment information.If you want amazing food and a responsive coordinator, definitely work with Catering Creations!
