“The food here is so consistently delicious, that I truly could not use enough words to describe it. The burgers are always an 11 out of 10, for being so delicious and so simple. They all come with mustard, onion, and pickle. I always add a fried egg and bacon! I've been here probably 10 times in the past 2 months, and I have never gotten bad food or service. The music is always amazing, and the posters from different tours decorate the walls. It definitely feels super homey, and that's one of the main reasons I keep coming back. A recent favorite is the patty melt. It has these caramelized onions and mushrooms that pair beautifully with 2 patties of delicious beef.If you like snacks, bar food, or appetizers; I highly recommend an order of the french fries or onion rings. The peppery, salty kick of the batter on the onion rings is also on the fried chicken. Probably the best onion rings in Omaha honestly. They also have delectable options for shakes and malts.TLDR; The best late night spot for a burger and onions rings, probably in this entire city.“
“Saturday, 7pm table for 5 was a 35min. wait which wasn't too bad. Our server was nice and attentive until after our meals came. She had plenty of other tables to keep her busy. I ordered the fish and chips + chef salad. Others had the wings, personal pizza, Philly cheese steak and pork sandwich. The fish and the Philly cheese steak were dry. Other items were pretty good.Parking: Weekends are the worst times to find parking.“
“Everything was great right up until the end. I'm just not happy that $150 was not put through my rewards. So yes, that will keep me away, at least for awhile. However, once I contacted the company, they quickly resolved the problem, so kudos to them, and thank you.“
“We came at a very busy time and they handled the overflow of customers so calmly and the food was awesome. Very impressed. I would have been so stressed if I were the one taking the orders on my own but he was the picture of calm and professional.“
“We were warmly greeted. They even remembered our son who has nonverbal autism and made him feel welcomed. This is a safe place for people of all abilities. For our family, that’s everything. Oh, and the food is fantastic!Kid-friendliness: Welcoming to people of all abilities“
“OH MY GOD! What a hidden gem. If you are in the area, come check this place out. They may have the best hot wings in Omaha. They also have some of the best fried chicken, according to the people I ate with. Go here, try it, you won't be sad. It actually makes me want to go back and rate some of the other places lower.“
“First time ever! My wife and I stopped in to try this place out. We're from GA and don't have any near where we live. We arrived shortly after open, and there were already people eating. It was super friendly service, the staff did an amazing job there. The checkout process is quick, not a whole lot of options, so it's easy to figure out what you want. My wife and I both got the plate so we could try out the coleslaw. Which was my least favorite thing we had. The chicken was moist, crisp, and tasty. Fries were basic but cooked to perfection. This place has a cool atmosphere about it and the food was great. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes chicken, and we will definitely be back.“
“Things did get better after the rough experience when they first opened. It's definitely a sports bar so food isn't the main attraction here but appetizers are good and if you're looking for a neighborhood spot for bar food it scratches the itch“
“I felt like I was back home in Atlanta at one of our chicken spots. The line was long for carry out and drive through. Chicken was delicious. The best I have had from a restaurant in years. And please people, try the apple turnover. It is buttery, flaky, and just the perfect amount of filling. I'd go back just for the turnover alone. The employees were smiling and friendly. Just a nice hometown feel. I left off a star because the seating was taped off with caution tape, so we just ate in our car. Nevertheless, please don't hesitate to visit this restaurant. You will make it a new fixture in your life.“
“Hard to go wrong here. My kids love it. I love it. My wife gets a burger wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun because she's gluten free. Glad they do that because it means I get to eat here more often. Best damn cheeseburger in the country (at least compared to the many burgers I've had across the country). There may be a better one out there somewhere. I doubt it though. Thanks!Dietary restrictions: Wife is gluten free. They can put any burger or sandwich in a lettuce wrap. She loves it.“
“Some of my coworkers were talking about this place having the best Blackened shrimp and grit in Omaha; so I thought I come try it for myself. This place is perfectly located on the corner of Maple St and Lynn Av in the old BENSON area. They have some a small designated parking lot, and there is additional parking along the street too. The restaurant is spacious, very nicely decorated with a very nice selection of music playing. The lady at the counter was very friendly and offered several suggestions.I finally decided to get the catfish, blackened shrimp with green beans, yams and a side of grits…. OH MY GOD was I surprised with my first sample of everything on my plate. The menu is a bit busy…but once you take a second to sort through it, you will see that they have a very nice selection for everybody preference.Overall summary = Everything was perfectly cook and tasted great! I will definitely be returning to try other things on the menu..THE CATFISH - was cooked perfectly; seasoned well, cooked properly and seasoned to perfection.THE BLACKENED SHRIMP - was juicy, flavorful and also cooked perfectly. I would have liked to have a larger shrimp for my order but those that I received were just fine.THE YAMS - were cubed, and cooked perfectly; very tender with a glaze on them that was perfect.....not too sweet, it had a nice balance of seasoning with a very sticky icky good-good coating.THE GREEN BEANS - were nicely cooked and were also seasoned very nicely.I also had their “Who dat punch” and it was on the sweet side, but definitely a nice addition to my meal. Note: (they offer “free” refills), so be sure to get you a glass togo.“
“Came here to watch a sports game and the staff was helpful to put it on the screen for me. Brooklyn, our waitress, was super sweet and an absolutely awesome server! For a sports bar, I was pretty surprised how good our snacks were. We came here to study (ironic, I know), and we might just do it again! It wasn't too loud in here and has plenty of space inside! (Look at that cheese pull on the mozzarella sticks)“
“This is my family's first time patronizing with this restaurant. The atmosphere was off the chain with so many smiles, so friendly and knowledgeable. Sheila and Char are the Best!!! We're visiting from Arkansas and they treated us like family. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!“
“Good food with great prices and lunch specials mon-fri. The decor is old school but welcoming. Ther service was fast and good. today I ordered a specialty pizza,The Tommyboy which was a Buffalo ranch on thin crust. It was really good, much better than I actually expected. I 8/10 recommend.“
“Big surprise for me. Last time I ate at a Church's was in the 80s. Definitely a different place now. The spicy chicken and dirty rice reminds me of Popeyes back when they were at their best. The chicken is excellent. The biscuits (Honey!!) are the biggest surprise. They are restaurant quality; much better than fast food quality. As this is the first Church's I've eaten in the last 40 years I can't speak for the rest, but this one was excellent in all ways.Vegetarian options: I believe a vegetarian could get by on some of the sides.“
“The catfish was tasty. Everything was cooked as we waited. Fried okra was the best I’ve had In a long time. Everything was freshly cooked. Not a bad place to grab some fish. They were out of chicken wings.Kid-friendliness: The host treated my son very kind. Let him try greens for the first time. Kind man.“
“Fun little bar with the BEST pizza (chicken bacon ranch FTW!), a couple of pool tables, and Karaoke that is always lively. It was a little bit daunting going there as my authentically trans woman self, but have found a truly kind and fabulous few people there that embrace and/or are part of the queer community.“
“Really good pizza! We got the New Yorker Sicilian and it was amazing- half order was 6 thick slices it was perfect. The cheese sticks were phenomenal! Had a great crisp crunch towards the crust. Service was so friendly! We will definitely be back!Kid-friendliness: They have free games to play as well“
“Stumbled onto this place looking for a bit to eat after a long meeting nearby. The place looked closed. There were signs falling down in the window. Went to the door and expected it to be locked. It was empty and the staff of two looked bored. It was 245pm though. Being from Ny I'm picky about pizza. This is the best pizza I have had since moving here in 2007. Great flavor, perfect crust, reasonable price. Note to staff if you didn't look closed, you might be busy.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes a wheel chair would be easy in and out“
“Our baseball team placed a large to-go order for 6 pizzas and 60 wings. The entire order was ready and delivered to us in 30 minutes! The pizza was delicious, and the wings were phenomenal— so flavorful! Rays also delivered plates and napkins - (a bonus because we were staying at a hotel downtown- and tbh I hadn’t even thought about table service when I placed the order.) I would highly recommend this place. I never write Google reviews but I was so impressed with Rays- the food and service were FANTASTIC!“
“Here for the Chiefs game midway through and I didn't expect to find a seat but we did, and our server immediately came over to take our order, she was fast and efficient. I love the long beach, which is like a fruity long island. Then switched over to the brews, ice cold and went down smooth as the chiefs won the game. I also got the chicken tender fries combo for Sunday and it was hot and fresh tasting. Overall great experience here.“
“Went here for a happy hour with friends. Only about 4 other tables of ppl. This place was just OK. Most everything they serve to drink are in cans, and I can get that at home. No house cocktails. The nachos were just OK. Had cheese curds and mini corn dogs also just OK. Nothing compelling about any of it. Just OK.“
“Hadn't been to Dickey's in about ten years due to a meh experience at a different location. Decided to visit this location due to a promotion in my T-Mobile app and was glad I stopped in. Got a three bone rib combo with fried okra and baked beans and was really pleased. Ribs were firm but tender, not fall off bone which I don't like anyway. Portions were generous and tasty. Will definitely be back to try some of the other meats.Kid-friendliness: The free ice cream is a kid favorite. The machine is slow and loud but whatevs, if the kids are happy, I'm happy.“
“We order 10 pizzas. 9 different toppings. We had great pizza and the crust was devine. These pizzas are full of toppings. We ordered for 30 people and we had leftovers because we underestimated how big the pizza would be. Wish they had this chain in our town. LOVE THIS PIZZA.“
“This Pizza Hut has very kind employees. The pizza was baked to perfection and the pasta and breadsticks were delicious, too. The delivery driver was also incredibly kind. Wonderful experience especially for a more fast-food-esque restaurant.“
“Always hot and fresh. Very nice staff . Price is higher now. But everything is going up. Can we have one day be a discount at your place. The people will be there all day and night. Thanks for serving your meals well. The only chicken l Wii buy. Besides making my own. Have a blessed day“
“It was clean and the people were friendly but you didn’t see them much. They do not take credit card or debit but you can pay with a QR code that takes you to their online shop. So if you don’t feel confident In doing that bring cash. It took us 30 minutes from ordering to get food so be surprised by that. The food is good and seeing them put food out for the animals is fun.“
