Wait staff were very friendly but this place is filthy! Every table and counter surface is covered with leftover food; good thing I carry antibacterial wipes so I could clean the table myself. The floor is also littered with food; the condiment area is coated with sticky pop and trash. Ugh…we won’t be coming here again…

This is the 2nd time my son has found a piece of hair in his burrito. The first time I tried calling a few times to speak to a manager but nobody ever answered. I tried calling again tonight and gave up because yet again no answer. Not professional at all. Waste of $12 and now my son has NO dinner again! Will never return.

Food is always great but the counter top where food was being prepared was absolutely filthy! I asked the staff to please wipe it down before preparing my food and the young girl got mad. She threw my guacamole and missed the container, causing it to splatter all over. I was very disappointed in how unprofessional she acted.

Ate here a few days ago in the evening, around 7pm, and ordered a steak burrito. After getting the rice/beans/meat put on they tell me they're out of cheese and sour cream. So i get guacamole, assuming it wouldn't be extra because they were out of the other items. Nope. Full price with extra for guacamole. Not a good way to get repeat business.

Food and trash on floor surrounding chairs. At the station to order your food the Food bar had mixed ingredients with everything such as Pico mixed in with the sour cream, hot salsa I wanted to order had something else that fell into it so I passed on that. I was in line watching peoples food get made and noticed very little amount of meat was being served on these very large bowls and burritos and when I was up The gentleman serving the protein barely put a single small scoop of steak in my bowl that was undercooked and chewy. I did order 2x the meat as it was the same amount as what I would have received at any other location.Very disappointed in seeing this as this is my local and favorite place to go.

The food was great and the service was equally as good, only complaint I have is that the men's restroom needs a good deep clean. Can tell it only gets skimmed over and has a strong odor when you walk in.

My daughter ordered a kids meal and got the steak. She was almost in tears it was so spicy. I went back up to the window to order a different meat completely willing to pay for a different meat and the manager suggested and gave her pulled pork. She was over the moon and I was equally impressed he swapped it. Really don’t run into that kindness much anymore. Thank you to that employee and Chipotle for saving her meal!

This is the worst service I’ve ever received here. I feel no one communicated well. The food bar was disgusting and had food everywhere. I asked for brown rice and received white so he had to toss the old bowl to give me the correct rice. The next person group my order with my husband so that it would be rung up correctly after he was told my order wasn’t with the previous person. In quick succession the Asian guy managed to group the orders together again which prompted the female employee next to him to have to ask the previous customer about what they ordered. Irritated, I say “omg these 2 are mine, they only have the one bowl!” Of course the female employee and the Asian employee mumble and looked dumbfounded. For an assembly line in a restaurant to run efficiently there needs to be better communication. This particular group of people did not have that. Very disappointed!

Ordered for pick up through the Pick up lane.The order was for chicken taco, kids meal.... Clearly.... They forgot the chicken. When contacted, they argued stating they did have chicken in there.... No way I was going to go back to pick up another order. seriously, there was a mess up and you argued about it and then wanted me to bring it in to get a replacement. It's a kids meal for a child, they are already hungry and now crabby, so lets try to get them back into the car to go fix it....
