Chipotle is one of my husband's absolute favorite things. I can take it or leave it, but I do get the craving every once in a great while, and when that happens, the craving must be satiated. It's a "fast casual" restaurant where you choose your own protein and toppings, so you own your destiny when you're ordering your burrito, bowl, tacos, or salad. This location is one of the best we've tried. It's newer and the staff is super attentive and efficient in making your food. My go-to is the burrito, with steak as the protein, brown rice, no beans, corn salsa, queso (pay for extra queso), and a TON of shredded cheese. When I get my burrito, I do a little surgery on it to open it up and eat it like a burrito bowl (but with the tortilla still there to sop up delicious toppings and eat later!) Like I said, your Chipotle depends entirely on the staff, which location you go to, and what you choose to order to make as your meal. All I can say for this location is the staff is great and the restaurant is nice and clean - the rest is up to you!

Wrong meat, wrong veggies, no queso, no tortilla with my burrito bowl. Paid extra for nothing and they messed my order up, eat somewhere they give you what you order.

Learned my lesson on this location when I swallowed a wood sliver that's not coming out the back of my throat. Only reason I know that's what it is because I found more in my food. I only ate a few bites until a stabbing pain to the back of the throat. I will be holding on to the remainder of the food just incase. I'm not a complainer but this pissed me off quick.

I don’t want to be rude or anything because I love chipotle but I will just stay away from this location the food almost all the time taste really bad, the rice was watery and doughy. Every time I ordered food from this location food taste really bad, something is overcooked or burned, or watery, doughy.Go to another location, I hope they fix this.

Not sure what's going on at this location but my guess is a complete change in management has taken place recently. This used to be our go to location and the last 2 times we have placed online orders, they have been more wrong than right and even when correct, the quality has been a miss. Two weeks ago 3 of our 4 entrees were incorrect and the rice for 3 of them was not cooked. Last night i ordered 7 entrees and only 3 were correct. 2 of them were kind of wrong and 2 of them were completely wrong. comparing the order with what was typed out on each entree didn't even match up??? Please get well soon - we'd love to keep going but this is 2 strikes now...

I usually have good service but this time it was horrible when i walked in i could see that yhe employees we playing around and that the servering line was a mess. I stoid there for a few minutes until one of the employees realized i was there. I had to repeat my order 4x to him before he could complete my order and still my burrito was dripping with sour cream and rice falling out of itAnother employee said that they had no more lettuce i was shocked that this happened. They employee fixing my order then finishes wrapping my order and then throws it into a bag n says here's your order. This is horrible. I get that it's a food job and young adults are hired but seriously it should be clean and ready for customers not on phones and playing around

Went to this location two times recently and it is a completely different world than the one on 72nd Dodge. The staff here is EXTREMELY rude and they are extremely skimpy on the meat. I had two orders to place but the girl rushed me and forgot to make my quesadilla. When I reminded her of it she said "well there's people behind you now. Just go to the back and come back around". Ridiculous. Also, the other girl who actually made the quesadilla asked me "do you like.. want anything inside of the tortilla". No. I just want a warmed up quesadilla! Seriously? Fix it.
