The owners are so nice & helped me carry my order to my car.Definitely will be back & recommend to everyone! Went in Today and was greeted by very friendly staff. Leo was my salad maker and did an excellent job was very personable and respectful. Seemed like a veteran. Evan made my mom's salad and was also very nice and they both did an excellent job. The quality was awesome and so were the employees. You should be proud to have such great workers!

Came it at 8:15 pm. Could see 3 employees. Only one helping customers. Other 2 were cleaning or out of sight. 4 customers waiting. I felt really bad for the one employee actually filling orders. Took over 10 minutes to begin our order.

Right off the bat, I love how bright and clean it felt inside the restaurant. There was a gorgeous display of all the vegetables and ingredients used in the salads behind the counter. The people who worked there were very energetic, and one was doing especially amazing for her 3rd day! However, there was a bit of a wait, even without anyone in line before us. The food is made in front of you, similar to Subway. The Sunny Honey Picnic salad was delicious and flavorful---the sweetness of the dressing was a perfect contrast to the saltiness of the goat cheese---but the tomatoes were a bit frozen. Great choice for health food, definitely would come back!

I love the care in which these folks created this extra special healthy place. Those who work here, especially the manager, take their time in fixing just the right combination of fresh veggies and fresh fruit. For my family, this became a quick favorite spot. The smoothies-so yummy; the salads-what a perfect mix; and the grain bowls-everything I’ve tried here is perfectly tasty and fits my healthy lifestyle. Omaha is so fortunate to have Crisp & Green.
