I've been going to this location for awhile, and the only reason has been because I live close by. The other day, the young gal taking my order was horrible! She was incredibly grumpy. She had a big frown on her face, and was terribly rude! She messed up my order, and when I went up to her, she snatched it out of my hand and slammed it into the trash, instead of letting me keep it. She made me another one, and I left and got in my car, only to figure out this one was messed up as well. I just drove off. I didn't want to put up with the gal's attitude again. This is not the first awful experience I've had here, and will not be coming back. DQ needs to hire better people instead of anyone with a pulse!

We’ve only had good experiences at this Dairy Queen location, both food and service. A couple of the employees are above and beyond friendly, helpful, and on the ball.Kid-friendliness: Appreciate the options for applesauce or banana with the kids meal along with a treat.

We drive to this Dairy Queen and they always close earlier than their hours say. The staff hiding in the back and not coming to the drive through 10 min before close multiple times. Just change your hours if you aren’t going to serve people while you’re open sign is still on.

Onion rings came out overcooked, twice. Consider changing the oil! The kid cooking our food did it one handed so he could be on his phone the whole time. We got the last clean table. There was only one other couple dining inside. None of the 4 plus people working ever came out to the dining room while we were there.

Why is nobody answering the phone!? My card is missing and I just want to know if it’s at the store. I’ve left two messages and made several calls in an attempt to speak with someone. This is very frustrating.

Foods good excellent service just this location can be very busy if you trying to take a 30 min lunch instead of a 45 to an hr.Parking: Parking lot and drive through can become a lot at this location during lunch rush

Had $1 offer on mobile app for small cone. Used it. Offer did not register. Called DQ customer service. "Unfortunately we can't do anything about it." Yes you can, you can refund me $1.79. Sheesh.OK then. You are not the only ice cream shop in town, and not even the best one. I like ice cream too much to delete the app, but things go wrong at this outfit way too often.

Every time in the last month or so. Something is always wrong. Either computer is down and can't take or orders or slushy machine is broken. Need to better equipment or just close down completely.

Go to any other DQ. This place is a menace. Every time we go, it takes forever, our order is messed up in some way, and we regret our decision.Today we ordered on the app. Got to the drive-thru well past our set pickup time, but were told it wasn't ready and to pull around (defeating the purpose of ordering ahead). Did so, waited almost 10 additional minutes, and finally they brought a bag to us.Bag was missing our two Blizzards entirely, so I had to go into the shop to get them (defeating the purpose of choosing the drive-thru). They informed me they were out of one ingredient I had added, which we paid extra for, and didn't bother refunding or offering anything extra.Not to mention they seem to have a bug problem. By the time this was all done, the car was covered in little flying ants.

0 Stars possible? Placed a web order for an ice cream cake on Monday for pickup Friday. Arrive for pickup Friday afternoon and the cake was never made.The restaurant is very dirty with food all over the floor in the dining room and entry way that has clearly been there for awhile while the employees are more concerned with playing with the food warming lights. Store manager finally made the cake and I walked out about 15-20mins later. I asked if they could discount the cake since it was not ready for pickup. Employee said no and started to argue with me about it. I asked him to consult with his manager who also said no and wouldn’t come out to see me until I asked. Manager finally came out and offered no apology the cake was not ready for pickup. Needless to say the service was very poor.
