Kids that work here need better training on how to communicate appropriately. When someone pulls up to the drive thru, they shouldn't be ignored for several minutes. Someone should at least acknowledge a customer. A simple "I'll be be with you in a minute." would be great. We finally drove up to the window where the snotty redheaded girl chewed us out because we didn't wait at the speaker...heck we thought the speaker was broken since she hadn't said a word while we waited there. See you DQ, Better places to get ice cream in town.

Ordered a coke and got what tasted like a cherry coke or weird mix of coke and Dr Pepper. They claimed they didn't have cherry coke. When asking for a refund they argued that they "all" tasted the coke and it was fine. But I also gave the drink they gave me to various other unbiased people who agreed it was not coke. Trying to gaslight me over $1~ soda just because their machine is either dirty (too lazy to properly clean it) and mixing flavors or because they just gave me the wrong soda entirely.They also always have grumpy attitude

Stay away from this place on Thursday afternoon. Takes well over 10 minutes to get a simple blizzard and drink, even being the only one in drive through....otherwise, their staff is usually on point, averaged the stars accordingly.

It was late at night and the staff was very friendly.
Typically has great ice cream at just the right temperature. Almost always somewhat busy but the staff gets through it fairly quick.Parking: Parking exists but depending on where you park you may have your exit impeded by others in the drive thru

Wednesday evening drove through and while waiting for our food watching a guy wavy blondish hair short scrapping stuff off the floors by ice cream machine closest to widow?( meanwhile thought wow good work at 1st! Ha , then he stops grabs a cone n starts making 1 for orders behind me WOW TALK ABOUT FILTHY NO GLOVES, NO HYGIENE NO CLEANLINESS WOW STOP GOING THERE!!!!

Babes I worked here. I got fired for missing a shift I wasn't scheduled for. I was refused to be register trained because I couldn't make a damn ice-cream cone and everybody slacked. I was only trained for an hour before the next day being thrown into a Saturday rush, I left work that night covered in icecream and pissed at the neglect and disrespect of that working environment. If youre going to change my schedule, text me and tell me instead of firing me.

The manager is the rudest management personel I've ever encountered. For absolutely no reason he is rude to his customers. I have no idea how he got in the position hes in other then he stated he owns that particular location....This is the only possible way he could still be in the position hes in because if he had someone above him to answer to, he definitely would not be an employee.... We Arren Buffett would be very unhappy to know his company is being represented by such an unkind and uncourteous abrasive man... If I had the ability to go to a diff location I would but I don't so unfortunately I will be going without my favorite summertime treat from now on because I cannot and will not spend my money at an establishment that the manager has brought me to tears. I'll be looking into contacting corporate and/or the bbb.

I ordered an oreo shake but they said they don't make oreo shakes here. They said they can make a vanilla shake and just put oreo on top. That's not drinkable. Every other dairy queen does it but this one won't.
