Bought four blizzards, three of four were great. Fourth had hardly any m&M's and only top third was mixed. So first three bites were good and then rest was vanilla ice cream. Kind of disappointing. Placed looked run down and dingy.

I ordered a small Valentine’s Day cake with a double crunch layers, days before, they even called to confirm. The day I picked it up I didn’t think anything of it. My husband and I went to take bites there was no crunch at all just red velvet. I called that night and was told that the GM would call me the next day. Never called me so I called and they said she was gone and told me to call the next day. I’m sorry but I spent my money and doesn’t feel like they are trying to correct the mistake at all and I am suppose to keep calling. All I wanted was to have a special dessert for my husband that he loved

Order on Uber eats will never eat here again they missed a burger in my meal and no drinks like what I paid for they literally gave me frys and onion rings and not my burger wow then on top of are chicken basket was cold as can be it’s so bad am talking to a area manger tomorrow 50 bucks down the drain who ever the general manger is should be ashamed that the night crew is making them look bad I wouldn’t recommend this spot to no one really am astonished right now and hungry this is ridiculous get new employees if they can’t do there job right max I even order from this location coming to think about it this place is so dirty and no one’s taking care of it the heath inspector needs to know about it

we sat in the drive through that was clearly open for about 10 minutes before having to just walk inside because there was no one who answered, then walked inside to music blasting profanity. the other customers in there looked absolutely baffled. then finally got the ice cream.Kid-friendliness: walked in and they we’re listening to 42 dugg and T grizzly :/ not what i would ever expect on a dairy queen music station

Have never answered the phone in the 20 plus times I have tried to call. Most recently it was answered and said “stop calling here” and they hung up. It is clear from other reviews the staff is awful and does not care about customer service. Time to hit the reset button and bring in new staff from top to bottom. Not sure why anyone would give this place business when the staff in place does not want to be there. It is rare I would leave a bad review but after trying over and over and hoping for a different result, this is what my option is since I can’t even get ahold of a manager or supervisor on the phone

While dashing I was going to pick up an order, unfortunately a young child wearing a hat and with a apple earbud in walked by, i tryied to get his attention and thought didn’t hear me when I simply was advising him I was here to pick up an order.When he walked away thinking he didn’t hear me due to the headphone in I got the attention to a nice lady in drive-thru, she went to look into order the child came from the back telling her I stuck my phone is face demanding the order. Hard to do when he didn’t look at me. Unfortunately I did not pick up the order. Due to the kid being extremely rude, telling me to f-en wait. Ether way I’ll think twice before going here.

I used to go to this location quite often, then the oreo shakes went away (sad, but I'll manage), however the food was still worth going for. Then every time I went my order would get messed up. I always told myself the next time would be different and it never was. I finally went back tonight after not going for 3 or 4 years. And it happened again, even after the guy that took my drive thru order confirmed that both my plain bacon cheeseburgers were indeed plain. They in fact, were not and didn't have bacon either.

I truly wish there was an option for zero stars. I stopped here for a Door Dash order and was appalled. This building was disgusting, very dirty. I am shocked they haven't been shut down. There was no shift manager on site. There was a teenager making French toast and handling raw egg without gloves on his hands - while continuously wiping his hands on his clothes and serving customers. This is ridiculous and extremely dangerous - I left because I didn't want my customer to get sick from the filthy way things are being handled inside this dairy queen. Do not order from this location... Ever!
