the workers there are nice but the guy that does the drive thru orders is so rude idk how he isn’t fired yet to be honest. like if u hate your job so much you have to be rude to other customers then just quit.

Filthy and disgusting.. look elsewhere if you're serious about getting clean food. The place smelled of foul odor and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for.. who knows how long. The staff was indifferent to customers.. How this place is still in business is beyond me. Never going back.

I felt so bad for the kids working tonight. There were a total of 3 employees for a Saturday night. One in the back and two up front. And you could tell they were all working hard but they were understaffed and way too busy. Orders were coming out but no one knew whose orders they were. Took a while for them to take our orders and even longer to get our food. Absolutely felt bad for them.

Service was slow and unprofessional, and their drive thru window was filthy... And I never got my darn blizzard
Food was excellent. Placed was slammed. Waited 15 min to order. Lobby was a mess. Behind the counter was gross. The workers kept going to their credit. 2 more people working would have made this a 5 star outing. I applaud those workers for giving their best effort.
It was filthy and disgusting. Went inside to buy an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. When I walked in, 3 employees were sitting in the customer area doing NOTHING. I asked them to please write “happy birthday” on the cake. The man at the counter informed me “no one could do that for me.”Ok… I then noticed banana peels all over the counter and food all over all the floors. Place smelled like a barn. I’ll never go back.

The ice cream is usually good, but I would not recommend getting a sundae or dip cone, especially in the drive-through. I keep trying to give this place another chance, but what I believe happens is that they immediately make the sundae or dip cone right after I make the order because it’s fast and easy. After waiting in line for a few minutes(or much longer bequest this place is SLOW), I get my dip cone/sundae, and it is completely melted underneath the hard shell of the dip cone, or in the enclosed case of the Sunday. The second, I lick the dip cone, or open the sundae lid, all the melted the ice cream comes spilling out and it’s a disastrous mess. It makes absolutely no sense, it’s always a mess, and the last time I got a sundae, there was so much ice cream in the sundae container that I literally had two strawberries, and no sauce because there was no room. Common sense would tell you to make something like this very last because it will melt, but unfortunately that does not come to the mind of the employees.
