Not sure what’s going on with Dickey’s but the food is now horrible! I’m pretty sure they don’t even smoke the meat anymore and the pulled pork is boiled as it is very watery. I can only assume that the store is in some kind of financial problem as we had it delivered and it came in a Hy-Vee bag! No silverware or napkins either…pretty sad.

This place is a joke. They say they’re open, and they’ll gladly take your money, but the owner of this location is nowhere to be found when there’s an issue. Apparently he’s been told to update the sites to say that his location has closed but either is too lazy to do so or just truly doesn’t care about the customer. So if anyone is trying to go here, it’s permanently closed! It states it open, you can order online and pay, and you won’t get anything from it. Save your money. Go to the West Center location if you want to support this franchise, it’s not scammy like this one is.

I’ve ordered from them 3 times. The first time they messed up my order and I got the wrong food, the second time I got the wrong order because there was food missing completely, third time they canceled my order last minute saying they’re closed even though they’re open.The food is not even that good in the first place, it’s not worth the trouble. I’m NEVER eating there again.

35 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery of my catering order, they called to tell me they couldnt deliver. Three weeks later, after many attempts, I'm still waiting for the $500+ refund.

Ordered delivery. The Nashville Hot chicken had about a teaspoon of sauce on four tenders, which weren't much bigger than a chicken nugget. The fries weren't cooked. The "Texas Toast" was a hamburger bun, untoasted, with a bunch of melted butter on it. Genuinely odd experience.

Not gonna sugar coat it. This was the worst bbq I’ve had in my life . I’d like to say something positive but I just can’t . Bone dry brisket. Sides seemed days old. The price was also ridiculous. You can’t even call this the Mc D’S of bbq .
I ordered 20 dollars worth of food and this is what I got. This place is highway robbery and should be ashamed of the portions they give people for hard earned money. Insane.

The energy is definitely there! The service is nice, and they were quite busy trying to help everyone without mistakes. I think that it's honestly underrated. I've never experienced dry meat here. Everything was just lovely.

The chicken and the sausage is the best! The baked potato casserole is a must try, sooo good. The dinner rolls are fire, reminds me of homemade sweet dinner rolls. The taller lady with the braid is always so nice and hooks it up!
