Went in to get a coffee this morning started off bad right away. They just stood behind the coffee machines staring at us. Then they took our order. Coffee came out and it was made wrong so I politely asked them to remake it correctly. Then they remade it completely wrong and got mad at me when I asked them to make it correctly once again, the guy behind the counter had the worst attitude. When he remade it this time he slammed my coffee on the counter. My boyfriend politely asked for a fork and he threw it at him. The whole time the manager was just standing there not helping. I would not recommend this dunkin, very rude workers. (Except the girl, she was sweet)

Unbelievably dirty. Floors are sticky and slippery everywhere. Crumbs and trash on the floor. Trash cans overflowing with trash. Bathroom has two rolls of toilet paper on the floor. I can only imagine how dirty the food prep area must be.

Who ever owns this dunkin must not care much about it. I know finding employees is difficult at this current time but holy crap. Yesterday they place was full of 9 grade or middle school boys. Insane how disruptive, annoying, loud, making a mess they were being. The high school kid working didn't seem to give 2 shits. The manager was obviously sitting In back without a care in the world to what was going on inside. Place was a disgusting mess inside. Like no one has cleaned it at all for hours. Plain and simple what a freaking joke. This location needs to be shut down and over hauled. Oh and they are always out of items, or not serving hot food, missing certain drinks always. It really doesn't even deserve one star. Should be negative stars.
Look, I almost never write reviews for anything. But I just spent 45 minutes locked in the Dunkin' Donuts drive through lane, behind just three cars. It took 45 minutes for me to to move from the third spot in line up to the speaker (multiple cars behind me or I would have left). I refused to order at the speaker, was late for work, and will not be returning to the Center street store again.

I gave 5 stars for the service only because the manager working today(Saturday) he is so friendly and radiates positive vibes . Otherwise it would honestly be a 2/3 for the past week . The workers seem untrained, clustered and frustrated. I come to this location and another location daily and this one compared to the one on 142 pacific just don’t line up 142nd they have usually 3 people working and all of them are friendly regardless of how busy it is. For how busy this location is there just isn’t a lot of workers. I’m not sure if it’s because a lot of people that want to come to work and just don’t work or the lack of training. (I worked in the service industry for 12 years ) before I became a nurse.Side note one girl was eating bacon out of the food container while the lobby was full and the other two girls are making coffee and sliding on a slippery floor. I watch this same girl make her own coffee burn toast and just cover it with guacamole. I wanted to say something but I thought just maybe people would care if the order was made for them would they eat it. I’m a nurse near here and so Dunkin has recently become my jam. I hope that some of the staff can take note of how the manager interacts with the customers and they can learn to be more personable. I think everyone should be allowed some grace so besides this minor complaint some of the girls on Wednesday and Thursday morning are sweet.

Honestly have no idea what is happening at this location but I would recommend not going here if you are looking for a place that is even relatively fast. Waited in line for 20 minutes and when I got to the order part myself they said it would be a minute and them just never came back. I sat there for 8 minutes and finally just drove off because I could by that point. If you are stuck behind cars you can't get out and will be trapped, so seriously don't try if you have less than 30 minutes to get food. They used to be fine but it looks like they hired a bunch of methheads. I'll drive to 72nd now to avoid this one even though it's closer because it's still faster to drive farther and I don't have to worry who's making my food.

This Dunkin’ Donuts has the absolute longest wait times. On more than one occasion, you are stuck waiting in the drive-through line for more than 15 to 20 minutes without any service waiting. Worst worst drive thru in Omaha and horrible customer service.
