I normally buy coffee from starbucks but this morning, i tried their drive thru and ordered hot americano but it wasn't hot. The server Jonas told me that the coffee was freshly made and that's the hottest it could get. It's not even hot. He think's i'm stupid.

This place has been the worst Dunkin I’ve ever gone to. Always 20+ mins even for one item. I’ve worked in the business before and they clear out orders to beat the time and then ask you what you ordered at the window. I ordered a caramel coffee and they ran out but instead of telling me they just gave me an iced coffee with cream. So I went inside to get a refund and I was at this location for over an hour. Pictures show some of the time but I was in line for 20 mins before even snapping the first photo. It wasn’t even busy. But you can compare times. They are NOT doing good with service time, they’re cheating the system and messing up orders.

Don’t think about ordering a coffee 15-20 minutes ahead for pick up on the app, they’re either never open inside in the morning and have all their lights off so you have to wait in the 10 car drive thru line for 20 minutes to get your pick up order every morning anyways. The same lady has been the only one there every morning for the past 3-4 months. She is not the problem tho as I can not imagine running a coffee shop during the morning shift with a drive thru and inside lobby on my own. Take care of your employees. She’s a unicorn for staying here. It just sucks when you order a coffee for pick up 25 minutes early before leaving the house just to get to the shop to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes and still be late. It hasn’t changed and I stopped coming for a month to see if they could hire more people or get it together but nope. Same exactly experience this morning too. Don’t waste your time with this dunkin if you have anywhere to be within the hour. And please don’t waste your time ordering ahead since you could easily order at the drive thru anyways considering you have to go through it regardless. Do better or make the loaded franchisee get his butt in there and help out in the mornings if he can’t properly staff his stores.

Long lines in drive through. No ability to order with a person inside even when giant screen menu doesn’t match the donuts available a few feet away. Very bad - to no customer service.

Mobile order did not have items bought asked for refund said they couldn't and that someone would lose there job if they gave out a refund so I paid for something I didn't get. Not the kids fault he look distraught but what manager tells their workers they are going to get fired if they give a refund on goods not rendered.

Waited 10 minutes to try and use cash with a human. Had to order on kiosk and pay with card before 2 people finally appeared from the back. I asked about paying in cash and told them we been in the lobby 10 minutes. Terrible service from the mouthy female worker. Burnt and crushed my hash browns just to be petty. Great employees at this store!

Took me 12 minutes to get a coffee and donut and I was the only costumer. Waited 5 minutes in drive thru and no one came over the speaker despite that I was the only car there. I then decided to park my car and go inside thinking the drive thru speaker might be out. I go inside and no one is at the counter. I use the automated screen to order a donut with coffee with cream and sugar. I wait another 6 minutes after ordering before someone finally comes from the back to get my coffee and donut. After I leave and I'm already on the road I discovered my coffee is black with no cream and sugar. I will never go back to Duncan Donuts 108th and Fort.
