Of course I've been eating Eileens cookies since I was kid and it was always the best day when someone brought in ice cookies for a birthday! Now, as an adult Eileens are a go-to pick up item if I need to bring a treat to a party myself. As an event planner I typically have everything squared away before an event, but a last minute order fell through, and I needed cookies in a pinch. Their facebook says "we welcome short notice orders" so I immediately flew to Eileens to pick up what was available, and I was able to secure 2 (3) dozen trays. 72 cookies, 24 frosted, for only $52, that is quite the steal these days. Since Eileens is an Omaha ataple for cookies, all the guests at my event were happy to indulge. Service wise, I had a very patient cookie connoisseur helping get my order. There are so many more options available in the case, but if you just need cookies in a pinch this is a handy place to have.

Cookie decorators are awful. They don't follow directions on specific directions a customer goes over one by one with the associate taking the order in person. Taste is enjoyed. Custom Cookie designs are not followed accurately.

I want to say Thank you for the lady that helped me over the phone today after the horrendous experience I had at the Lincoln Eileen’s on 84th. I am so sorry I did not catch your name through my tears but Thank you for your help and putting a order together so my husband can pick them up after he gets off work. If anyone lives between omaha and Lincoln like we do please go to the omaha Eileen’s and not the Eileen’s off off 84 in Lincoln. I have never been so rudely talked to and treated.

Eileens cookies is a Nebraska staple! They originated in Hastings, Nebraska. The cookies are so good and so affordable! My favorite cookies are the frosting cookies, monster, cookies, and sugar cookies. Just the fright level of sweetness! They come in various sizes and styles. There is a rewards program where you can earn a free dozen cookies. Highly recommend for events, celebration, and gifts. Service always efficient and extremely kind!

I ordered 9 dozens decorated cookies to be picked up for a church event on Sunday. When I went in Saturday they didn’t have the cookies and couldn’t find the order. The people working there could have cared less and were standing around talking to each other. Since it was the day before I was stuck without. I was very disappointed.

Love Eileen's cookies. This store was able to make the decorated cookies that another was too busy to do. Only issue I noticed was cookies were smaller, inflation strikes again. Great cookies, nice staff, everyone is impacted by the economy.
