We were there on a busy Friday night to celebrate my father-in-law’s birthday and it was a wonderful experience. Our server, Jack was amazing!! Very attentive and had a great demeanor! Food and drinks were fantastic as well. We were here visiting from California. We will definitely be back on our next visit.

Firebirds is one of my favorites for its value and consistently delicious food. My girlfriend introduced me here last September when she surprised me for my birthday - it was fantastic. Most recently, I went here this past Friday to join my dad and mom for his bday lunch. We sat in the bar area, kind of close to a fireplace where I ordered the Firebirds Durango burger with tots. (Picture below)My presents. Opted for a caprese chicken pasta dish and my Dad got the friend flounder sandwich (he did say it could have used more fish) but was good. with salad combo. My girlfriend had to work I got the grilled chicken sandwich and blt salad (no tomatoes) to go so she could enjoy the wonderful food she got me hooked on. I highly recommend this place. Check it out!
Ranch Rings ✔️Bacon Deviled Eggs ✔️Spinach and Salmon Salad ✔️Bleu Cheese Filet, with Southwest Au Gratin Potatoes ✔️We started with the rings, and deviled eggs. The onion rings were incredibly crispy. The ranch dressing was think, and creamy. The candied bacon on the deviled eggs didn’t suck. The eggs themselves were under seasoned, and a tad dry for my taste.I had the Spanish & Salmon Salad which came salmonless. Our waitress dropped the ball when entering in the order, which she owned, and quickly rectified. Much appreciated. The salad was on point. My wife had the filet. It was cooked to our likely, medium rare. The mushrooms were flavorful, and the potatoes were extra creamy. The perfect bite of steak, mushrooms & potatoes did happen. Let me tell you, it was lovely!All in all, I’d happily return. Good food, especially for a chain & the service matched.
A nicely decorated restaurant to dine with a loved one or more. I tried the Pamesean Crusted Chicken, I rated this a 4 , not because of flavor but because of value. I felt it should have been paired with at least spaghetti or something for the price of $24.95 . I was able to order Broccoli which was one of the side items included in the price. They have a decent drink menu, and a tempting assortment of desert selections. Would I visit again? Yes, there were other dishes on the menu that caught my eye.

Came in with a group of 6, 3 of our group did not get their vegetable with their 3 course meal, server argued with the us, to apologize and bring asparagus. Steak was not seasoned and was cut. Barley beef soup was missing the barley and seasoning. The seabass was 2 tiny pieces on a bed of mostly carrot pieces and dried cranberries little grain with a lot of super sweet sauce. The positive was the queso. We will not be back.

I recently visited for the first time ever and love the philly cheesesteak apps. Our server was outstanding, he stated it was his first day and I must say, I was impressed. I will be back and highly recommend this place.

We had a great experience. Our group of 10 was seated immediately when we all arrived. We had two servers and were never in need of anything. There was a 4-year-old in the group and they were very accommodating in getting his food going and brought out right away. The food was outstanding. My one and only complaint was the noise level, but with an open space and hard floor, you are going to have a higher level of noise.

Ordered Tomahawk pork chop. Looked great, but so tough it took 20-30 seconds just to cut bite size pieces. Ingested 2 pieces and quit trying...asked my wife to try...she had same experience. I requested a cheeseburger to replace pork chop. The Cheeseburger arrived promptly (good experience), unfortunately the cheeseburger left me underwhelmed. I've had better flavored cheeseburgers at multiple other restaurants around Omaha. Overall, very disappointed in Firebirds.

The waiter was AWOL more often than not and didn't deserve the 20% tip he got anyway -- not even bothering to ask if anyone needed a doggy bag, which we did but had to ask other staff for it. When you pay more than $100 for a meal, you expect commensurate service, but this location did not deliver.

Went for date night. We had a reservation and were seated within 5 minutes of that time. The server was friendly and timely. Our food came out hot, presentation was great. Super flavorful meals. I had a chicken dish that was very good, seasoned and not dry at all! My date had the Tomahawk pork chop and it looked amazing. He said it was great! Definitely will eat there again.
Great food, great and lively atmosphere, and great service..... Kenny was awesome and a superb waitperson that made the meal fun and flow smoothly.... Very attentive and accommodating.

Service was great! We got seated with less than 5 min wait time (had reservation). Our server was kind and enthusiastic. He was on top of refills and periodic attentive was on point. The food was delicious, the steaks were cooked to our request. Pleasure eating here!

Get a reservation, but the bar tables can be walk-in friendly. The southwest au gratin potatoes are incredible. Steaks are very good. Firebird pasta is great, too.
