This place is my 2nd most favorite place to eat. I just recently introduced my 14 year to a specially made sandwich I always get. They absolutely loved it as well.However this place is an expensive sandwich shop. However it is still definitely worth going to from time to time if you're on a budget.

finally tried the place out myself after picking up some delivery orders from here. i got the Jamaican Jerk Turkey sandwich. the food is great, all their ingredients taste very fresh. everything is cooked to order and it smells great in there. food was so good i came back the next day while i was out lol. highly recommend

We stopped in on our way back from an appointment and the service was fast and friendly. The subs were still hot when we got to work (we took them to go). I really enjoyed the Hook and Ladder sub! Would go back again and try more menu items!

Ordered food for pickup and when I arrived, found out someone took my order. The store refused to offer a refund bc they insisted they made my food. The manager told me to call the website and request a refund through them. After repeated attempts at emailing the website, I had to finally resolve it with my credit card. The manager called me back 2 weeks after the incident and offered to send me coupons. I declined, told him I already requested a refund from my card, and he then hung up on me. I wouldn’t order from this store! Beware of terrible customer service.

This place has plummeted and I will not return. A group of us tried placing individual orders for pickup- for some reason the online order function wasn't working properly for half of us.(we called and they confirmed they knew it hadn't been working properly for some time. The manager actually said it was 'jacked up') We managed to get everyone's orders in on 3 separate orders. Once I arrived to pick them up, only 2 were there. I asked for a status update on the 3rd and they said someone already picked it up. The manager said there was nothing he could do and we'd need to pay again for them to remake it. He said I'd need to contact the 'number on the website' but he couldn't tell me what that number was. I paid for them to remake it, and by the time I got back to the group the first 2 orders were cold and soggy. I called customer service. It took them over a week to get back to us. They offered discount coupons. I can't be the first customer this has happened to. I feel like an easy solution here would be to have pickup orders behind the counter instead of right at the front door for any person to take 3 steps inside and steal food. My friend whose card was charged actually suggested this to the customer service person that returned her call and he hung up on her. I would have just avoided this location and not Firehouse altogether, but after the way this was handled I won't be back. There are plenty of other sandwich places; no wonder there's never anyone there when I go in there anymore. It used to be so busy. What a ridiculous policy to put it on the customer if the food they paid for was stolen.

Sooooooo slow, gone multiple times when we were only people there and it takes 15-20 min to make 2 sandwiches. Not sure if they make a run to the store for lunch meat for every order or off the workers are just constantly on slow motion.

Firehouse has great subs, but I've ordered delivery service/door dash from greyhawk on 3-4 separate occasions. Every single time, the computers were down and we eventually had to order food elsewhere because they weren't receiving customer orders. As a result, I won't order anything from this location via delivery service because I simply expect to hear after waiting 30-45 minutes, they cannot make our order.

Worst service I’ve ever had! Canceled an order for 20 sandwiches and never called to tell us! When we called they hung up on us!! Will never order or go again! Will tell everyone not to go there! Will be contacting corporate soon, IF I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW I WOULD!

I've never had such a bad experience at a restaurant like I did at this Firehouse. I have been a loyal customer for a while, but it seems like their manager Brandon Miller would rather not have customers as he clearly shows annoyance when things get busy. I overheard berate and swear at another customer for asking a question. He even went as far as to try to instigate a fight. I was so uncomfortable I couldn't wait to get my food and leave. I will never be coming back to this location. Don't get me wrong the food is great, but I wouldn't want to eat at a place that has people like this handling and service my food. Definitely do not recommend this location.
