My daughter had a baby shower on March 10th . when picking up the two tier cake i ordered it was found to have the wrong color of flowers even though the order form had the color i did not want written large . the two employees who were there promptly corrected it. The cake and the sheet of chocolate brownies i ordered , were a huge hit with many people asking where they came from . thank you for making my daughter special day even more special . michelle r russell

Myself and my mom have always loved Gigis cupcakes! With myself living an hour away from Omaha, and my mom living two hours away from Omaha we don’t get Gigi’s often! Every time in the past employee’s were very sweet and you were never rushed. Today didn’t feel that way. The one and only lady there was so rude. Again it’s never been like this before so we were caught off guard. While looking at all the flavors, she seemed annoyed that maybe we were taking too long? I do want to add that there was no other customers there the entire time we were there. So why she was in such a hurry… idk. After selecting which flavor cupcakes we wanted she was upset that we wanted the cupcakes in separate boxes, because we were going to two different households. Then at checkout.. she was annoyed we wanted to pay separately. This experience at Gigi’s was by far the worst… I really hope next time isn’t like this.

The cupcakes are fantastic! The price is high, even for the minis. I bought 6-7 dozen and they did not provide a discount. The girl there (I assume) was rude. She didn't want to exert any more energy than she had to. Service was despicable but the cupcakes are fabulous.

We had Gigi's cupcakes for a work Christmas event recently. They were the cutest cupcakes I've seen! I loved the mix of pink and blue for the snowflake themed one, the reindeer was too cute, and the Christmas tree was so sweet! I also loved (not pictured) the snowman one with sprinkles that sparkled. The cupcake was moist, and the taste was absolutely on point with all cupcake options. The only qualm I have is there was SO much frosting, I had to take half of it off before I could eat it. It looks adorable for decoration purposes, but they're too hard to eat with how tall the frosting is. I'd definitely eat them again, I'll just choose one with less frosting :-)

We used to order our granddaughters birthday cakes from Whole Foods, but last year had to go elsewhere as they were no longer doing custom cakes. I called early this week to see if they may have started again, but they don't have staff. Someone in the bakery recommended I call Gigi's. After speaking with someone on the phone, I decided to go with them for her cake. We had her party yesterday the 22nd and everyone thought the cake was delicious. We did an 8" round with a vanilla layer and a chocolate and it was so moist. Would definitely recommend Gigi's Cupcakes.

The owners are so sweet and care so much about their customers! The staff is dedicated to providing top-notch cupcakes and treats while treating the customers with respect and kindness! The food is delicious too - would highly recommend them to everyone!

I have been to this location twice and ordered the wedding cake cupcakes. When I went the first time it was later in the evening and the cupcakes were dry. I gave them another try because I wanted to know if it was because of the time I went, so I went at noon the next time and the cupcakes were still dry. The presentation was nice but the overpowering of the abundance of extremely sweet frosting and dry cupcake is a no go for me. The two stars is for good customer service. Will not be going back.
