Today we ordered two takeout warm Subs. One was the meatball 12-inch and the other was a smaller chicken. Our experience has always been great until today. 3-29-24.We stopped in tonight and were amazed by 2 younger employees who provided an exceptional experience for us.They were very helpful to us as well as some other customers they were assisting at the same time.After getting our food both my wife and I left and right away looked at each other and spoke highly of the great service provided.Sadly we did not get the names of those who helped us but it will definitely make us come back.Great food awesome service!

We LOVE this place! Hands down the best sub in town and the people who work here are awesome! We visit fairly regularly and it’s always a great experience. They are so friendly, go out of their way to interact with our kids, and check on us when we dine in. Can’t recommend Goodcents enough!

I just want to share how important it is for handwashing! I would like to know how much bacon comes on an ultimate club as well because the 1 piece crumbled up is not ideal. Usually this place is good for the most part, but hand washing is the most important part of this review.

Very good amount of meat with sandwich. I am disappointed as my normal Goodscents in Lincoln has daily specials, not so here. Asked about at checkout and was informed that specials are based upon the franchise.Searing space was very tight and close. I didn't feel comfortable being so close, so I ate in my car. Noticed several others that were doing the same.

I went here for a job interview a few day’s ago. It is a 40 minute drive from my home. The lady interviewing me was weird, said she was a vegan and hated meat. Also started talking bad about a lady that works for her at night, telling me the lady was slow. It was very uncomfortable. The interview lady told me she’d get back to me within 24 hours at the latest. 3 days later and still no response. A waist of my time, gas , & money . The interview lady was very unprofessional

I was in the other day when I women was being verbally abusive towards the employees even after them stating they were short staffed and saying they were making her order! she was screaming at them saying this is the second time this happened and began to touch someone else’s order! then kept saying how she was nurse! I would never want that to women near me or my loved one! The employee‘s were calm and attempted to work with her but she just wanted to cause a scene! I appreciate the employees that showed up and that we’re doing amazing with what people they had! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO! I will continue to be a loyal customer!Vegetarian options: Fresh! Everything is so fresh and delicious!Kid-friendliness: They involve the kids when I have them with me!
