I've only had their breakfast which is pretty standard fare, but the waitstaff is so attentive and accommodating. The bar area has Glen the amazing bartender and he's such a treat! I've been here all week in business and he remembered my name and is always ready to serve with a smile!

Service was great. Food was great. Got right in. Prices for sandwiches, flat breads and salads are what you would expect almost anywhere. Steaks and entrees are a little more but still reasonable.

Christmas Morning Breakfast was excellent. Scrambled eggs, omelettes, meats, waffles, pastries, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal-need i go on? It was a great way to start our Christmas Day! Great coffee-they even give you a “to go” cup.

Had the breakfast at Omaha Marriott Regency's Heartwood Restaurant and it was wonderful. Just the right amount of selections, friendly staff watchful of re-filling the selections, and warm attention at our table. Make sure to make this part of your stay at this excellent hotel. Particular thanks to Esty and Maria.
Very slow service. Wsited 30 min for a hamburger. Day 2. Breakfast buffet. 10 min to get water and another 10 to get coffee. Worst experience: $39 steak. Asked for mid rare. Keep in mind this is supposed to be a steakhouse

We were too tired to go out to dinner and were staying at the Marriott Regency, so we opted for the Heartwood. It was sparsely populated and we weren't sure it was open at first. There was only one waitress, who was not overworked. They had decent selections of beer and of wine so we were both happy. We both chose the spinach/berry salad with chicken, and it was very good, and served quite quickly, as you might expect. We would return if we were back in western Omaha and staying at the Marriott.

I had to wait over an hour for food. It was not cheap for what is offered. Burger was ok.......but not outstanding. Not a huge selection on the menu.

This is a very nice, intimate place - tables are spaced well enough conversations are not overheard yet there is a feeling of closeness within the area. We go here every time we overnight in Omaha.
