Good food, always. Sometimes the drinks vary a little in flavor and potency but over all its a solid place to eat Short Rib appetizers and shrimp tempura. The sushi is supposed to be some of the better ones in town. Not an expert on that though.

Hiro 88 Maple location is fabulous each time we go. This was a special occasion and lemon mascarpone cake was brought for dessert. Sea bass point on. Braised shrimp always wonderful. Best sushi. Service always attentive.

Five people, all mostly good. I had Schesuwan Shrimp which said shrimp and mixed vegetables. Can't say I've ever had a huge bowl of peas and carrots with a few shrimp before. It tasted good, so guess no complaints. Usually, I expect broccoli, water chestnuts, onions, and peppers..oh well

Longstanding Omaha staple. Milton’s chicken is one of my favorite dishes anywhere. Generous portions of higher grade chicken served with asparagus, onions, and red peppers in a flavorful sauce. I do not include the mushrooms which come with the dish. Served with steamed rice and miso soup. Consistently a top notch meal at a reasonable price.
The rolls, meals and cocktails are always perfect here. I love the seasoned edamame and the hiro roll. The crispy chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. The raspberry wisp is my go to cocktail when I'm here.

I love the Asian fusion dining. The Asian short rib appetizer is amazing.
Took over an hour to receive all food. Only ordered one meal combo lo mein got brought out chicken lo mein literally hour 15 mins of waiting and having to ask is it coming out. Sushi rolls came out decent timing appetizers great timing just our meal which I truly think she forgot to put it in and that's frustrating to not even apologize

Sushi & Maki bland and soggy. The Salmon and Tuna were exactly the same. Room temperature mush lacked any flavor. Also avoid the eel. Soggy like sauteed mushrooms. Sad diner even being half price. Better sushi from Bakers!

It's was a little slow for food but to be expected on happy hour Sunday. The prices for sushi are very good, with a lot of selection in happy hour menu. We typically love the sushi here but today all of the yellowtail was very fishy tasting.
