I was charged a credit card processing fee and an “entertainment” fee. There was no “entertainment” and I shouldn’t be responsible for paying an establishments CC fees. This reason I am not likely to come back for quite some time and definitely not recommend it to others.Food was decent and a bit pricey. The feel of the place is great but the waiter came off a bit rude.

If you like the idea of a Husker or Beef roll this is the place for you. Below average on their best day. This place is in my neighborhood so I’ve tried it 2x because they can always take my reservation? Omahans, food should make you feel good and happy! You’re better off going next door to HyVee and grabbing a couple pounds of salmon to throw on the grill. Yuck…ok vibe inside, excellent music, way below average wine list (cellar is literally empty) and after telling our waitress what we wanted she brought us the opposite. I disassembled a couple rolls and found skin on fish and un deveined shrimp. ?yuck

I wish I had no star for Hiro 17664 Welch Plaza, serving low quality of raw fish. I ordered sushi and sashimi combo dinner, fish looked dry, dark, and old looking. I asked manager I wanted the fresh sushi, he brought the second dish and looked the same except couple pieces looked ok. I asked manager why all fish looked old? He said that’s all they had and it is very hard to keep up with fresh fish. ??? They shouldn’t even serve fish. Also, I don’t mind pay high prices for the good quality of fish, but Hiro prices are so high $ 40.00 for the low quality sushi and sashimi combo. I hardly eat anything and paid the bills and tips and left. I will never go back. You have to eat fresh fish otherwise, you will get sick. Overall, it was very unpleasant experience with this Hiro Welch restaurant!

Having eaten at a different Hiro 88 many times, this was our first and last time at the Millard location. We had reservations to celebrate our daughter's 20th birthday. When we arrived, we were greeted by two less than enthusiastic staff. One went to the dining room to see if our table was ready and returned to seat us in the bar area. We brought a cake and we were informed there would be a fee if we ate the cake there, which was fine. However, when we asked our waiter about lighting the candles and bringing to the table, we were informed that probably wouldn't work as the manager had fire concerns. Our waiter was good and the food was fine but not exceptional. Overall, we felt like we imposed on the staff by showing up and we were disappointed in the experience. We will go back to Hiro 88, just not this location.

God awful! Had issues with the service and food. I spoke to the manager, and he had no desire to resolve any any issues. In fact, it seemed his only intent was to make sure I didn't return. The manager was worse than the server. I will never go back to this location!

The dinner was very great quality and the server was very polite, timely, and courteous. The value for the quality of food was excellent. This is a family-favorite location to eat on celebratory occassions.

The OG Maple location is my favorite, but Millard is awesome as well. Excellent food and great service! If you haven't had the Peanut Butter Chicken, you're missing out!

We usually go for Sunday happy hour. They weren't doing all day happy hour due to the holiday but that wasn't posted anywhere on their website, while making the reservation, and not mentioned to us by the host. Only told after we were sat down and the waitress let us know. Decided to order from the actual lunch menu and I've had better Japanese food at malls. The chicken terriakyi was clearly premade and then reheated with a sauce consistenting only of soy sauce. Was weirdly chewy. Would only recommend this place for it's happy hour on sushi, nothing else. Our server did an excellent job.

Came my for happy hour. Had a bottle of wine with complimentary crab Rangoon was $22 which I thought was fairly reasonable. We ordered happy hour rolls and they were absolutely delicious. the place was busy as it should be. Will definitely come back

Waited for over an hour for our food, our waiter forgot about us, came to ask us if we wanted dessert not even realizing he forgot to bring us our food. When we told him we were still waiting for our sushi, he left without saying sorry and we waited another 15 minutes to finally receive our food. You could tell the food had been sitting for a while and wasn’t as fresh. He didn’t apologize or even acknowledge that he had forgotten about us. Will not return to this location again.
