Disappointed at the Stoneybrook location. They were supposed to deliver flowers for a wedding between 1-2. I called them at 1:50 asking where they were and someone asked if they could call me back after they check what the status was. After 2 pm they called back and said it was just leaving and on its way. We ended up missing a boutonnière and most of them had flowers totally falling apart. Was not pleased at all, thanks to them failing on many issues; we were late doing wedding photos and the some in the party didn't have flowers or they didn't look right because they were falling apart.

Tonight, I went in to buy a bottle of wine. It was a tough day. Vanessa checked me out in the wine and spirits area, and was so authentic, and caring, and somehow managed (in the 2 minute interaction we had), completely turned my day around. Thank you for employing such caring people.

very rude service today. I asked the cashier to help me locate an item and they said they didn't know. The person helping bag said they had heard of the item but didn't know because they only work in the front of store

The people are friendly and appear hard working. The place is clean. The ads are well marked. I call the Stony Brook HyVee "my HyVee" This is a grocery store with a little sit down deli.

We were very disappointed in the walls berg's hamburgers, I could not wait to try them and was so disappointed and I think because and I'm reaching for this that maybe they did not have enough wahlburgers sauce on it and they were so small even the bigger one to compare to other places that have hamburgers it was not great and I don't like saying that because I love them all.
I love working there and I love shopping there. My co-workers are the best! Every department in the store is cared for meticulously and continuously to ensure customer satisfaction! The shopping experience of each and every customer to be the best experience is every employees goal!

I just got a pint of rice noodles from this Hyvee location. (Chinese express) Upon taking a few bites there was a fishy taste along with a very very sweet tasting sauce.

Store is good but online ordering/pickup is pathetic. I have no idea what their guidelines are for substitutions or choosing not to substitute but it makes no sense. Example...giving me a whole frozen apple pie when I ordered a box of individual ones that you find by the snack cakes. And it's not just this location but on Saturdays during football season when a lot of people are buying alcohol how about not putting underage kids on all the registers. Nothing like cheap labor, right? Yazmin - I'll pass on reaching out. Used the online ordering/pickup twice with the same results. I won't stop shopping there, just will never use aisles online again.
