On 2/9/24 after 7pm, I had my first experience at Jersey Mikes! Absolute, hands down, the best service, and the Philly steak/cheese was the BEST! I will become a regular at “Jersey Mikes” on S 72nd!!!! Yea Baby!

First time at Jersey Mike’s today. The food was excellent. I was even more impressed with the manager. I did not catch his name but he pushed his employees to get orders right, and quick, was himself working hard and did so with a smile. He greeted every customer, played peek-a-boo with a baby and had cheerful conversations with regulars. All of this on a busy Sunday lunch rush. Jersey Mike’s you do not want to lose this gentleman! It’s obvious he cares. With as busy as they were the bathrooms were even clean and tidy

I was very unhappy with the process of the way things were made. Counter tops are dirty. Bread crumbs everywhere. Gloves are touching the cash register and peoples food. I enjoy Jersey Mikes usually frequent the Bellevue location, but this location didn’t live up to my normal expectations. I decided to cancel my order and leave hungry.
