Ordered online for delivery and they claimed “no driver was available”…. Asked why the option was available then and the lady said they were going to get another driver but they were cancelling our order…. Took our money right away for an order they couldn’t deliver and then said it would take 3-5 days to refund. I asked for the managers number and she declined to provide it… advised we’d speak to corporate and the lady hung up on us…. Very unprofessional and not what we expect from Jimmy John’s.

I love their subs, but they are definitely not freaky fast. I waited at the drive thru order speaker for almost 10 minutes to pick up an online order that I had sent 15 minutes before I got there. It still wasn't done. They are short staffed and it really affects service. Plan for it to take awhile.

Ticket 691..on 11:28:23 5:33pm I stopped to get a vito wrap with extra meat for my husband like I do everyday. Only thing I did different was stop at this 99th Omaha location today. I asked for double meat and the fixings wanted on it. Literally asked for the vito wrap not unwhich wrap. You can't mixed up the words. When I say I got snapped on and the window slammed on me! That's what I mean. Literally got my order with no double meat. And they took it back through the window pulled it apart and told me what I buy my husband everyday was correct when I knew it was not correct they rewrapped it and handed it back to me the same incorrect sandwich absolutely crazy now they did give apologies very rudley. Not ever coming to this location again. And big shout out and thank you to the 108th location that made it correctly for my husband!

The staff was so sweet and patient with my young girls! They even gave them yesterday bread at no cost (near closing time). They saw a need and responded before being asked! I would definitely return.

Was part of large group (5 adults, 6 kiddos). Had ask for extra red peppers, had to go back and ask again. Never had to bag my own order before. I had ask for one, girl said they are right there. Kinda wierd... Men's bathroom door doesn't open right. After waiting 20 minutes got the employee, he yanked on the door, so my son could go. We sat outside which was nice. The one employee was friendly, the other 2 were to busy, seemed like...we had the place to ourselves, kind of unfriendly
