I received the wrong sides with my faint meal and the fish was old, not even warm.I ordered mashed potatoes and received 2 different macaroni and cheese.I called and the girl that answered the phone was rude and did not offer to make things right. Lost a customer.

I’ve been here 4 times because the people are friendly and it’s in my neighborhood. But every time I go there the chicken is greasy and the grease is truly old. Every single time. The quality of KFC has gone way down dramatically and unfortunately this famous name will soon be no more. Management doesn’t care enough. I know this because 2 other KFC restaurants I vowed to never ever eat there again. Sad but true!

I asked a question on the food then they said to stop calling after it was my first time I was confused why she said that so I said “huh?” She got really mad so I asked you sound mad why because all I did was ask if they had a item I thought I saw on tv she got her manager and said to stop harassing my employees and that she would call the cops and hung up

If I could give negative stars I would.. the service attitude was awful and needs to change. I just moved to the area and this is the second time going, both times the staff were rude. The food just as bad.
This place is horrible. Charged the wrong price, wasn't given a receipt, wasn't told about the 20 minute wait. The window person lied to the other worker inside about being told of a wait. I asked for a refund so I could go else where and was told they don't do refunds.... wth? Bad bad bad

Lady in the drive through was very rude my grandma told her at first she was still trying to decide what she wanted and once we started ordering she had a complete attitude. My boyfriend wanted a rootbeer and she rudly said we don't have that.. then my grandma asked if they had greenbeans and she said nope but we have corn. They are telling certain people to go inside then some other lady went to go in and they told her she had to go through the drive thru... won't be coming back to this one...

We ordered online and went to pick up our order. Had to sit in drive thru for 10 min before someone came up. They talked to us very rudely and said they didn’t receive our order and didn’t even try to check. Very lazy and nasty workers. Not worth the visit to this place. Take my advice and don’t go.
