Overall, this place was fantastic! I ordered spicy pork bulgogi and it was perfect. The banchan side dishes were also very good. I was disappointed that some of the menu items pictured outside weren't on their new menu, I hope they continue to add more dishes. I also thought the service was a bit too slow (we were the only customers in there at the time and I wasn't getting my water refilled).

Great food! Reminded my son of his grandma's cooking. Homemade kimchi not out of a jar. Don't know why some of these reviews were bad... price was clear and I tipped voluntarily. Thank you and I will definitely come back!

This restaurant used to be my boyfriend and I favorite restaurant, since the owners changed the food is overly spicy. I've had bibimbap many times however I've never had it so spicy where I'm sweating. I even gave the waitress a chance to fix our meals and she said we make it our taste not for the customers. We will not be back

I guess under new management. the food and price is not worth the time or money. Yuck! i will look elsewhere from now on.

Found there was a change of ownership, very disappointed with the food we ordered. The sides for the meal used to be pretty variety, but now we were only were served with some peanuts and something like pickle. Not recommended .

korea king is one of my favorite restaurants in town. the bibimbap is so good, and the chicken bulgogi is amazing. the only thing is, the customer service could be a little bit better; i went into the restaurant order once and got scolded a little for not ordering on the phone first, so i went out to the car and called and made the order. when it was ready, i was scared of being yelled at again so i sent my mom to go pick it up. another time, my mom got scolded by the same lady for coming 15 mins late to pick up the order, but we live all the way across town and she was stuck in traffic. i think she is a good person at heart, just needs to improve customer service a little. my family and i have also shared a lot of good moments with her; but, she just seems to act a bit cold. i will give her the benefit of the doubt though

While this place had good flavor of food, the prices were ridiculous! And surprised because the mine prices were blacked out not to mention the amount of meat that was included in the dishes was extremely skimpy . three of us with Waters spent $160! Which was after I asked her what a few dishes cost and she said 14 and $15 somehow we got to 160 for three people??

Food was decent. Wait and service was okay. No prices on the menus? They were all scratched out. And the lady wouldn't let us see the ticket with our orders and prices, then charged us a tip, no idea on the percentage because we didn't know the prices. We ordered the bulgogi, kimchi pancake, and galbi. It came out to be like $70, which means everything would've been $20 each before tip and it's food but it's not worth $20 each.

The worst service ever! My wife and I walked into this place today but they refused to serve us with excuse that there was no table for two. They even refused to answer us if we can wait there for next available table, but just walked away and leave us in the front door. It was obvious that there were still two tables, one large and one small tables, available. Like many people mentioned in their comments, we were racially profiled since we looked East Asian but don't speak Korean. If you are waiting together with other Korean people in this restaurant, they will definitely serve the Korean first. Very joking that Korean are so prideful but can not even solve their own homeland's problem. Separated like A***

The food was good but my family and I were racially profiled. We were given a menu with all prices blacked out. When we got the bill the prices were made up and over inflated. We were charged $21.95 for bulgogi, which was supposedly a $1 discount according to the staff. There were three people in my family and we were told to pay a tip they imposed on us.

Zero star if i can. Very disappointed and upset! It's like a scam! The foods were avarage. Very poor customer services. The waiting for the food was too long. The menu doesn't have the price but the bill was extremely high, it should be illegal. She didn't give you a recipe. It doesn't match the price on their website. She automatally charged you 20% for services fees which she didn't deserve. She's rude. We ordered2 beef bulgogi (website says 12.99 each)2 green onions pan cakes (no prices on manu or website)2 gal-bi (17 on website)1 jab-chae (12.99 on website)1 spicy squid (14.99) on website, no drinks. The bill was over $189 which made no sense even with 20% service fees.

Food was delicious but they skimped on beef bulgogi for two. Everything was ok until it came time for the bill. Rude waitress walked over holding on to the bill blurting out fast prices that were pretty high and did not match what was posted online. She took my boyfriend’s card while we were confused. She was hasty & wouldn’t give us the chance to think or see/have the bill. $12 mandu. $39 for beef bulgogi and she told us an “$8 tip”. Dishes were up charged $3-$4 each. She brought back the card receipt to sign showing $63 total. This was an extra $17 charge based on online prices. What the hell? For what we got? My boyfriend had me eat most of the beef as it wasn’t enough for two. He was about to add in even more tip but it wasn’t making sense. Turns out she had already ran his card giving herself tip. How do you give yourself mandatory tip? We already planned to leave tip but it’s our right to decide amount. I asked to see the bill and the waitress gave me an attitude “I already told you” “I already showed you” “I told you $8 tip”. Didn’t want to give us an itemized receipt or copy of signature receipt. If we had them we would have disputed the extra charge. Hell nah. I was so taken aback being spoken to rudely. This place made us so uncomfortable to even ask about OUR OWN money. How do you keep getting away with this? The reviews say it all. You’re better off going to Korea Garden or Korean Grill.

Came in early Saturday afternoon and was greeted and seated right away by the owner. She became the chef as well. Food came out under 15 minutes. We enjoyed the variety of Banchan dishes that came with our entries. We enjoyed the bulgogi pork (sweet and tender), but really loved the spicy stir fry squid. It had enough hot spice and tender and chewy. The restaurant was quiet and clean (bathrooms too) Would come here again.

First time here and worst customer service ever. As we're walking in, the hostess/waitress (she's the only one there serving and seated us) didn't even greet us, we waited a couple minutes until after she was done putting on her lipstick. After we're seated, she was giving attitude from the getgo, the menu has no prices, there's the bulgogi on the grill options and the regular bulgogi grill options. I asked about the prices and what the price difference is for both, because they literally just scratch the prices off. She says with attitude, even sounded annoyed that i would even ask, and said their menu is under going an update and if i want to know she'll just tell me, so she proceeds to tell us the on the grill bulgogi's are $39.99, the regular bulgogis are $16.99, the spare ribs $21.99. We put our order in, it took 30mins just to get the starters, and there was only one other customer in there with me and my family which was 6 of us! She comes back and we asked for straws, my 6yr took the wrapper off the straw and while waiting for food she must've gotten bored and must've dropped the wrapper on the floor, this same freaking waitress comes over and picks it up and says with attitude to my daughter, "why you drop it on the ground?" Im shock she even thinks she can talk to a child like that, so i reply, it's not like she did it on purpose, and what do you really expect with straw wrappers? They fall, they're all over the place, it's not a big deal. The waitress walks away.. finally our food comes, we got the grill, she literally just started the fire, the meat is already on the grill, it hasn't even really started heating up or sizzling and she proceeds to take the tongs from me and says, you need to flip doing this doing that etc.. she hands the tongs over to my son and says you do it... i take the tongs from my son, who could have injured himself btw... and tell her, I'll do it, this ain't my first rodeo,.. then responds rudely, "you do not know how to do it" tries to take the tongs from me again... in that moment the Karen in me came out, so in front of my kids which i try not to show, I told her very sternly, "yes i do, and this is beef bulgogi, I'm going to cook it to my liking.. hence the reason we chose the grill option. I am the customer here, you better just step back lady" .. she then scurries off into the kitchen, all the while I'm announcing loudly, who do you think you are saying I don't know how to do it?!?!??!!!.. i literally had the tongs in my hands not even a minute from you turning on the grill and you just yanked it from me .. no apologies or anything on her behavior. My kids literally helped me calm down and ask me not to make a scene to which i listened because i didn't want to spoil our dinner. Come to find out, this waitress is also the owner!!!! An owner with no customer service at all and rude, there's no wonder she had no one there to help her. No one can stand her rudeness probably. I'm not surprise it wasn't even busy on a Sat night. I'm just annoyed because we came from out of town and i chose this restaurant for kbbq based on yelps reviews, the reviews were good, so i chose this place. The only good item was the pork bulgogi, but with the rude customer service, it wasn't worth it. Also Come to find out, other sites actually has many reviews on her and her lack of customer service. Definitely disappointed

There's reason why Korea King has been around for so long in Omaha, it is because the food is amazing and so authentic. I love the main waitress lady who always gives great recommendation. Highly recommend the grilled pork belly with deonjang jjigae soup, oxtail soup and japchae
