I love their pizza- an omaha staple. However, when throwing a graduation/elopement announcement/going away party, nothing went as planned. I specifically spoke with the organizer to explain that the food should not come out until AFTER the arrival of the guests of honor (myself & my husband) at 7:30, and I stated that I would pay for wine, beer, salad, and pizza but if guests wanted other drinks or food, they could order it on their own tab. The estimate was $400. When we arrived, the food had already been served and consumed with only half of one cold pizza remaining. Additionally, a guest apparently requested that there was an open bar and the restaurant accommodated without clearing with me. The guest said they’d pay for the tab, but the reason I did not want a lot of alcohol is because many of the other guests (myself included) do not drink and I did not want to have everyone else drinking around us. I find it very odd that the staff would not clear it with me.The servers in the party room were incredibly rude- they rolled their eyes and had a consistent scowl on their faces. It was absolutely ridiculous- on top of all that, but the bill ended up being over three times the amount we had budgeted for. It was an incredibly disappointing event, unfortunately. The whole night was tainted which is especially unfortunate considering the many things we were celebrating.La casa is delicious and I’ve been coming here my entire life. They’re good for going out to dinner but I will never recommend for events. This left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will not be able to enjoy it for some time.Vegetarian options: Options without meat available but slim

We were invited to a graduation party at La Casa. We had a private room with 40+ people. The pizza was excellent, just the right crispy crust. Service was great and the manager went above and beyond his duties. Would definitely recommend La Casa.

Our server, Chris, was by far the rudest server I have ever had in my entire life. My family has always regarded La Casa as a welcoming and family restaurant. I am sad that I will never be returning and will be letting my family and friends know of the experience we had. Chris rolled his eyes everytime someone had a question, another table said excuse me to him and he turned around and said “don’t interrupt” and snatched the receipt out of someone’s hand when they told him they were charged for a drink when they only had water. Will not be returning which is disappointing.

The worst pizza I have ever tasted!!!The sauce was almost sour and the meat was burnt on top to the point of being very crunchy. I don’t understand how they are still in business.

I grew up eating toasted ravioli, a simple enough food I think. But it's so hard to find anymore. La Casa prepares toasted ravioli that takes me back to my youth. And I love their classic hamburger pizza. Now pizza you can get almost anywhere but La Casa Pizza looks different (square) and has a unique taste I've not found anywhere. I just love this place as does my family! Thanks!

I never write negative reviews BUT the last couple times we’ve picked up from here it has been bad. Last time I will ever order from here: Drove 30 minutes to pick up a pizza. When I got back home, we discovered it was raw in the center. Called and spoke to Victor who told me he wanted to take a look at it. Said he would maybe make me a new one after he saw it. So would have been another 30 there and 30 back for a maybe. I passed on that.

The reserved sign on the table was nice to see. They were ready for us and they selected a good table for us. My husband thought the cheesebread lacked flavor. They forgot the side of cheese for our pizza, but did bring it once we said something. I thought the salad was good and the pizza was great! I would like to return.

I have been going to LA Casa for 25 years and today our server was very unfriendly and acted like it was a problem to serve us. I told Danielle who is an owner and was met with "St. Patrick's day is hard for us and this server has never had a single complaint" there were 3-5 tables total in the entire restaurant. Was not ready for the unfriendly service. We will not be back.
