I placed an online order and payed for the Order online. When I went to pick up pizza the manager said he had already given the pizza to a DoorDash driver. I explained I did not order it through DoorDash but the manger didn’t care. He refused to refund the $30 I had spent and also refused to give me any food at all since somebody had already taken it. What a joke, avoid this location.

This place always gives me a burnt pizza. I go home and I check the pizza and it’s just burnt. Another thing i noticed is that one of the guys there always stares at me from a corner or just stays at the front glancing at me every second. This place not only doesn’t give you burnt pizzas but also hangs up on you when you call them and tell them that!

This location might benefit from some attention. From things like finding I was charged twice (2x) for 1 order (my bank caught it). Then it's a 50/50 hit or miss on the friendliness of the cashier - sometimes very friendly - but just as often I feel like my order is interrupting their "quiet time".

I can't give a review on the food, because it never came. I can only give a review on the service, which is non-existent. I ordered pizzas for delivery, and an hour later my order was cancelled and I wasn't able to contact the store to figure out what was happening. All of my calls went unanswered.

I'm not a fan. Got chicken wings. They took off a warmer and sprayed with sauce. Question how long were they there?
Been going there for many years and I can honestly say that this is the worst I've ever seen it. Granted, it had been awhile since Id gone there, but jeeze. The owner is rude and honestly does not care. It must be under new ownership. I tried to order online and couldn't. It said to call in an order. So I did. They said it would be ready in 10 minutes. It wasn't ready when I got there, which was about 30 minutes later. Not only that, but they had the order wrong. Found out it was the owner that was at the register. I asked why it wasn't ready when I called it in and gave ample time. He (the owner) shrugged his shoulders and said, "Oh well!" That's all he said. I sat down and waited. While waiting, I decided to google the reviews of this place because I had a feeling they wouldn't be good. When my pizzas were ready, I decided to ask him (the owner) what happened to that place. I told him the Google reviews were not good and it used to be a great place. I let him know I wasn't happy about the wait, especially since I had called it in way before arriving. He was not happy! I wasn't mean about it, I was letting him know and being honest. He used his fingers to show me to the door and said, "Go. You got your pizzas now, go!" Like seriously....not a good place anymore. I'm not a big fan of Domino's, but that will be our new go-to place when we want cheaper pizza.

Used to be one of the better LCs in west O’ but has really gone downhill. Specifically ordered the pineapple special to try the pineapple Pepsi no issue ordering online, get there and they don’t have any, and we’re super rude about it. Pizza was undercooked. It’s LC so the bar is pretty low to start with, when you can’t meet that it’s pretty sad.
