By far the worst little ceasers I have ever been to. Been here 3 times and not once have they had pepperoni pizzas available. Instead they only have the more expensive hawian and 3 meat. Last time I got a pizza it tasted like it had been cooked days ago. It was absolutely terrible and the people that work there rude and know they are doing a bad job they don't care. One time i sent my 9 year old son in to get pizza and instead of being a decent company they literally gave him 6 dollars in quarters which i had to go give back. Don't go here if you want good pizza. Or if you want to be around decent people. This little ceasers is a trash pit.

Stopped in twice today with an hour separation between stops both times no lunch combos available. Gotta wait 10 minutes but yet the storage boxes are full of full pizzas but yet the lunch combo is the number one seller why would you have your boxes full of pizza when apparently that’s not what sell you should have the lunch combos up and available not have the damn boxes full of freaking pizza.

This location is definitely the worst in Omaha. They close at 10 but doors are locked by 8:30 and the drive thru always has over a 20 minute wait.. once you get to the window the order isn’t even ready. They seriously need to clean house & hire new people that are trained in costumer service atleast. Very rude staff &

From time to time I would stop by to buy pizza here at this place. And they were good, well prepared. And the service was excellent. There was one time a girl gave us a plate and napkins. But the last time it happened it was terrible. The pizza was cold and hard and the pizza was not cut into pieces, it was whole. And I couldn't return it because I realized when I was already in the house. And the girl who helped me was very rude and arrogant. Maybe he was already tired or was in his days.
This was my go-to when I wanted pizza but lately, this location has gone downhill. Two weeks ago I waited 30 minutes due to the cashier not being able to find my order. Once she found it she told me the pizza accidentally burned. I decided to go elsewhere for dinner. She wrote down my name on her replacement book. As she was writing it I told her she spelled it wrong. She said it was okay because my phone number was written as well. Today I went for my replacement order and my name or number was nowhere to be found. The cashier Pearla told me her manager told her I would have to pay for it. I did. I paid for a pizza that was not made correctly once again and was super crispy almost burned from the crust. I ordered half cheese half pepperoni, not beef! I should've checked my order but I trusted it would be correct since she repeated my order when I called to place it. Team members need to pay more attention, a lot of cashiers are on their phones. Get it together L Street location!

I was told they no longer had the extra most bestest anymore so I asked for the classic. The cashier then told me it was the price of the extra most bestest. I asked why so she got someone else. Turns out what she said was false. Got my pizzas, came home and they were both burnt.

This place needs some serious customer service training. Especially the young lady working the front inside the store. Probably shouldn't rudely throw crazy bread, that you forgot, across the counter at customers after they calmly waited 40 minutes past the time the online order was supposed to be ready.
